Jujutsu Zero Ten Shadows Part 2: How to Get Max Elephant, Totality, and Shadow Garden

The materials, codes, and mastery nodes needed to unlock the new Ten Shadows summons and the Shadow Garden domain.

The materials, codes, and mastery nodes needed to unlock the new Ten Shadows summons and the Shadow Garden domain.

The Ten Shadows PT 2 update in Jujutsu Zero adds a full second half to the Ten Shadows mastery tree, including the Max Elephant summon, the Divine Dog: Totality fusion, the Shadow Garden domain expansion, and Mahoraga’s Focus and Adaptation nodes. Unlocking each one comes down to farming the right raid, opening the right crates, and spending specific materials on the mastery tree. The event runs through Saturday, August 8 at 9:00 PM.

Quick answer: Complete the Level 6,000+ Shadow Sorcerer Raid to earn Chimera Crates, open them for Elephant Tags and Garden Hearts, and farm Sila Cores at the Shadow Altar on Shadow Island. Then spend those materials on the Ten Shadows mastery nodes to unlock Max Elephant, Twin Calamity (Totality), Shadow Garden, and Mahoraga Focus.

Redeem the Ten Shadows Part 2 codes first

Before you grind, claim the free rolls and currency tied to this update. Redeeming MAHORAGA grants 25 Clan Rolls, 3,500 Lumens, and 3 XP Vows, which help speed up mastery gains as you work through the tree.

Where the Ten Shadows Part 2 materials come from

Two farming loops feed the entire tree. The Level 6,000+ Shadow Sorcerer Raid drops Chimera Crates, and opening those crates yields the key upgrade items. Separately, Sila Cores drop from shikigami you summon and defeat at the Shadow Altar on Shadow Island using Shadow Essence.

Tip: Chimera Crates are consumables, so batch them and open several at once to smooth out the drop rate for Elephant Tags and Garden Hearts.

How to unlock Max Elephant

Run the Shadow Sorcerer Raid until you have a stack of Chimera Crates. This is the only source for the crates you need.
Open your Chimera Crates and collect the Elephant Tag. This Special Grade material is the gate item for the Max Elephant node.
Open the Ten Shadows mastery tree and unlock the Max Elephant node. Once purchased, you can summon the pink elephant in-game.
Push further into the tree by unlocking Falling Calamity, N3, and N4 to buff Max Elephant and expand its moveset. The upgrade path shows as unlocked nodes on the tree.

How to summon Divine Dog: Totality

Totality is a fusion, not a standalone summon. You unlock the Twin Calamity node, then call both shadow dogs at once so they merge automatically.

Gather the Twin Calamity requirements. The node costs 1 Ten Shadows Extra, 11 Sila Cores, 9 Dark Furs, and 7 Light Furs. The Sila Cores are the slowest part, so farm the Shadow Altar in advance.
Unlock the Twin Calamity node in the Ten Shadows mastery tree.
Summon Kuro (the black dog) and Shiro (the white dog) at the same time. The two shikigami fuse into Divine Dog: Totality on their own once both are active.

How to unlock the Shadow Garden domain expansion

Shadow Garden is the Ten Shadows domain added in this update, and it applies its own visual effects and buffs when active. The unlock item is the Garden Heart.

Open Chimera Crates until you have the Garden Hearts you need. Like the Elephant Tag, they come from the same crate pool tied to the Shadow Sorcerer Raid.
Spend the Garden Hearts on the Shadow Garden node in the mastery tree. Once unlocked, the domain becomes available in combat.

How to use Mahoraga Focus and Adaptation

Mahoraga’s late tree nodes change how the summon fights. Focus redirects enemy aggro onto Mahoraga, and Adaptation lets it grow resistant to damage types over time.

Unlock the N7 Mahoraga Focus node, which costs 8 Ten Shadows Extra and 6 Sila Cores, then unlock the N8 Mahoraga Adaptation node.
Travel to Shadow Island and find the Mahoraga Focus Switcher NPC on top of the mountain.
Interact with the NPC and select Yes to focus Mahoraga.
Summon Mahoraga. Enemies now target Mahoraga instead of you, and its adaptation wheel begins to spin as it adjusts to incoming damage types.

How to confirm each unlock worked

A node reads as unlocked on the Ten Shadows mastery tree once you have paid its cost, and the corresponding summon or domain becomes usable right away. Max Elephant, Kuro, Shiro, and Mahoraga appear when you cast them in-game, Totality forms only when both dogs are out together, and Shadow Garden triggers as a domain during combat.

If a node won’t unlock, the usual cause is a missing material count. Twin Calamity needs the full 11 Sila Cores, 9 Dark Furs, and 7 Light Furs, and the Mahoraga nodes need their Ten Shadows Extra and Sila Core totals before the purchase button becomes active. Farm the Shadow Sorcerer Raid and the Shadow Altar until every requirement is met, and keep an eye on the August 8 event end so you finish the material grind while the raid is running.
