Disney Dreamlight Valley: Green Monster, Inc. Quest Walkthrough

Ralph’s old jealous streak resurfaces in the Green Monster, Inc. quest, and it falls to you to smooth things over before he pushes Sulley and Vanellope away for good. The quest runs through cooking, a trip to the Dreamscape, a puzzle inside the Dark Castle, and one final crafted surprise.

Quick answer: Cook the Atomically Spicy Joyful Meal for Ralph, watch the failed picnic in the Dreamscape, solve Ralph’s Jealousy Puzzle Orb in the Dark Castle, then craft the Double Dance Arcade Machine for Vanellope to finish the quest.

Ingredients for the Atomically Spicy Joyful Meal

Ralph opens the quest by asking you to cook an Atomically Spicy Joyful Meal for Sulley. He hands you the SUPER Spicy Chili Pepper straight away, so you only need to gather the remaining four ingredients around the valley.

Raspberry	Pick from Raspberry Bushes. Six exist in total, starting in the Plaza and Peaceful Meadow.
Blueberry	Pick from Blueberry Bushes. Five exist, originally spawning in Dazzle Beach and the Forest of Valor.
Banana	Pick from Banana Trees, which start around Dazzle Beach and Peaceful Meadow.
SUPER Spicy Chili Pepper	Given to you by Ralph at the start of the quest.

Bushes and trees can be relocated freely, so if any are missing from their starting spots, open your Collection page and check the biome listed beside each ingredient to track them down.

Cook the meal and check the picnic

Take all five ingredients to any cooking station and combine them to create the Atomically Spicy Joyful Meal. The dish is added to your inventory as soon as the cooking finishes.

Cooking spicy meal in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Meet up with Ralph and hand over the finished meal. The picnic itself takes place in the Dreamscape, which you reach by entering The Forgotten’s treehouse in the middle of the Forgotten Lands biome.

Once inside the Dreamscape, watch Vanellope and Sulley try the food while Ralph hides behind a cardboard rock. The meal is far too spicy, and the Spicy Lemonade he provided only makes it worse. Chat with Vanellope to talk over what just happened.

It turns out Ralph sabotaged the meal on purpose, jealous that Vanellope has been getting close to Sulley even though he was invited along too. To work through it, seek out your darker counterpart, The Forgotten, for guidance.

Solve Ralph’s Jealousy Puzzle Orb in the Dark Castle

The Forgotten offers to help mend things and asks you to meet at the Dark Castle. Reach it through the shadowy portal in the Plaza, close to the wishing well, then talk to The Forgotten once you are inside.

Ralph’s dark feelings cause a Memory Shard to appear. Interact with it to begin Ralph’s Jealousy Puzzle Orb. Click each piece on the left side, then rotate and drop it into its matching slot on the right.

Completing the orb helps Ralph put his feelings into words, and he decides to apologize. Head back to the main valley and meet up with him to chat with Ralph and Sulley, who become friends again.

Materials to build Vanellope’s surprise

Ralph still owes Vanellope an apology and wants to plan a special surprise for her. Before the previous step wraps up, he hands you an Arcade Pixel. Gather the rest of the materials below to build it.

Craft the Double Dance Arcade Machine to finish

Head to any crafting station and select the Ralph quest icon, followed by the Double Dance Arcade Machine. Craft the item once you have all the required materials.

Crafting surprise for vanellope in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Place the Double Dance Arcade Machine down somewhere in the valley, then chat with Ralph as he finally makes up with Vanellope.

Once Ralph and Vanellope reconcile after the machine is placed, the Green Monster, Inc. quest marks itself complete. That final conversation is your confirmation that everything has resolved, with Ralph back on good terms with both Sulley and Vanellope.
