Argo, the Spirit King is a level 65 Hero-rank boss found in Lower Reshanta, the Abyss. He has a single spawn point, at Siel's Right Wing in the Archipelago of Siel's Wings, so that is the only place to look for him. Argo does not attack on sight, which means you can approach and set up before pulling him rather than being caught on arrival.
