Flameruff in its Mountain Woods Form is one of the more contained catches in the game, marked in just three places across the World map. Rather than being spread out, all three sit together in a single area, Beast Fang Ridge, so there is really only one region worth heading to if you want this Fire Emberpup. That concentration keeps the search short: instead of criss-crossing the map chasing lone appearances, you set your sights on Beast Fang Ridge and work the cluster there.

The level 29-32 band means this is a mid-run stop, best suited to trainers building out a Fire DPS or working an Emberpup line towards Scorchhowl. Teleport in at Forgotten Mine using its Bloom, then walk roughly 95 m to reach Beast Fang Ridge and the three spots grouped close enough to sweep in one loop. Every one of them sits within sight of a chest, and two of the three also put Lumin Amber and Brew aromathyst within reach, so you can gather while you hunt.
