The Forest Egg sits at the higher end of a run, with its spots ranging from level 29 up to 51, so most of them belong late rather than early. It is a rare Egg you gather by hand, and it appears across eleven marked spots split between four areas. Driftwise Meadow is the one worth your attention, holding five of those spots at levels 49-51, more than every other area put together. Blitzwood follows with four at levels 42-44, while Beast Fang Ridge and Berylline Vale offer a lone spot each.

Rather than sweep all four areas, I would settle for Driftwise Meadow alone, since its five spots outnumber the rest combined. Teleport to the Driftwise Meadow Bloom and cover the roughly 115 m on foot; the whole cluster is close enough to clear in one go. Chests sit within view of most of those spots, so grab those as you pass, with an Aniipod and a brew aromathyst turning up alongside a fair few of them. Only chase Blitzwood if you specifically want the lower-level pickings.
