Helmwhelp is a wild Wind Aniimo from the Jawling family, a BREAK fighter that stands 1.6 m and weighs 9 kg. If you're after one, head for the Russet Highlands, which is the only place it lives. There are 35 marked spots there, all sitting at levels 48 to 49, so there's plenty of ground to work through and a fair chance of a catch once you arrive.

Teleport in at Twister Peaks and cover the last stretch on foot, a short 115 m stroll into the Highlands proper. Most of the marked spots sit within sight of a Chest, so you can gather up loot as you go, and roughly a third fall near a Charstone or an Aniipod worth checking too. Once you have a Helmwhelp in hand, it can grow into Helgon or Infergon down the line, so a caught one is well worth keeping.
