Mutant Truffle is an Epic Evolution Material you gather by hand out in the world. Thirty spots hold it in total, all sitting within The Mistwoods across levels 33 to 34, so that's the region to make for when you need a batch. With every one of the marked spots concentrated in the same stretch, a single run through the area can clear the lot without doubling back, which makes it the obvious place to farm the Truffle in quantity.

Warp in at Bloom and you're only about 75 m from the harvest, a short stroll before the first spots come into view. Chest turns up alongside roughly two thirds of the Mutant Truffle, so grab those as you pass, and you'll spot Red Cap and Turtleback Ore near a smaller share of them too, worth scooping when they're close. As an Epic Evolution Material, the Truffle goes towards evolving your creatures, so a full loop here sets you up nicely.
