Added on October 12, 2026, Seiloshibo arrived in Anime Vanguards with its 2nd Anniversary update as an Exclusive-tier unit. This Curse-element fighter is modeled after Kokushibo, the upper-rank demon in Demon Slayer. Obtain it by summoning or completing a raid, then evolve it into Moon form to boost its stats.
Quick answer: Roll the Anniversary 26 Banner (0.5% chance for an Exclusive) or clear wave 30 of Web Demon Ex in the Spider Forest raid (10% drop chance). Then evolve it using Demon Cells and essence stones.
Two ways to get Seiloshibo
There are two independent routes to add Seiloshibo to your collection. The summon route is faster per attempt but much lower odds. The raid route has a far better drop rate but requires you to actually clear the stage.

The Web Demon Ex stage sits inside the Spider Forest raid, and the unit can drop after you clear wave 30. Because the drop sits at 10%, repeated clears are the most reliable path if your summon luck runs dry.
Evolving Seiloshibo into its Moon form
Once Seiloshibo is in your inventory, head to the Evolve area and combine the base unit with the materials below. The Demon Cells item is the gated piece here, since it comes from spending Cakes in the 2nd Anniversary Shop.

Confirming the unlock and evolution
You know the unlock worked when Seiloshibo appears in your unit collection after a successful summon pull or a cleared Web Demon Ex run. For the evolution, the Evolve screen consumes the listed materials and the unit’s name changes to Seiloshibo (Moon), with its damage reading 1.20k. If the materials are missing, the Evolve button stays locked until you have all of them in the required amounts.
