Anime Vanguards: How to Get the Monkey King’s Circlet Gogeta Familiar

Farm the 1,000,000 Gems in Wartorn Warfront, then buy the Rogita (Super 4) exclusive from the Gold Merchant.

Farm the 1,000,000 Gems in Wartorn Warfront, then buy the Rogita (Super 4) exclusive from the Gold Merchant.

The Monkey King’s Circlet is the Familiar built for Rogita (Super 4), the Gogeta unit in Anime Vanguards. It sits in the Gold Merchant’s stock for a flat 1,000,000 Gems, and it cannot be moved onto any other unit. Everything about the purchase comes down to one thing: getting a seven-figure Gem balance without grinding for weeks.

Quick answer: Clear Wartorn Warfront missions during the Vampire King’s Revival event for 100,000 Gems each (up to 500,000 per day), then buy the Monkey King’s Circlet from the Gold Merchant for 1,000,000 Gems and equip it to Rogita (Super 4).

The Familiar is listed with the description “A circlet fit for a king who never stops playing tricks.” Its headline stat is a 2000% damage figure, and the item card states plainly that it is exclusive to Rogita (Super 4). Buying it for any other Dragon Sphere unit is not possible.

Fastest Gem route: Wartorn Warfront missions

Wartorn Warfront runs under the Vampire King’s Revival event and pays 100,000 Gems for each completed mission, capped at 500,000 Gems per day. That makes 1,000,000 Gems a two-day job at full clear rate, which is far quicker than stacking 500-Gem rewards from Bounties, Odyssey runs, or Worldlines floors.

Warfront is not standard tower defense. It is a lane-and-node economy mode where you place soldiers on gold nodes, bank income, then flood the map with cheap units. The clear below is repeatable and does not depend on your unit roster.

Queue into a Warfront mission and hit Ready on the deployment screen. The countdown starts the match, so lock in before it expires.

Send one of your starting soldiers to the Lesser Gold Node at Nami. That single placement gets early income ticking while you build up your first batch of troops.
Train soldiers once, then move four of them onto the Greater Gold Node at Speedwagon. Four bodies is the threshold that activates its +20 gold per second payout, and that income carries the rest of the run.
Upgrade the Barracks to Tier 2. This is what unlocks the Swarm unit, which is the only troop type you need for the rest of the mission.
Train Swarm units continuously and hold them at your base until you have roughly 40 to 50 stacked. Sending them out in small groups wastes them; the whole plan is one overwhelming push.
Move the full Swarm stack onto enemy bases one at a time and keep clearing until the map is yours. Winning the mission drops the 100,000 Gem reward straight into your balance.

Note: Warfront pays out per mission, so the daily 500,000 Gem ceiling is reached across multiple runs rather than one long match.

Buying and equipping the Familiar on Rogita (Super 4)

With 1,000,000 Gems banked, open the Gold Merchant and confirm the Monkey King’s Circlet purchase. The Gems are deducted immediately and the item lands in your Familiars inventory.

To attach it, open Units, switch to the Familiars tab, select the Monkey King’s Circlet, and press Equip, then pick Rogita (Super 4). Since the Familiar is unit-locked, Rogita will be the only valid target.

Pair it with the “Dow to Your God” Memoria while you are in the loadout. Its Mortal Extermination passive adds 60% Damage when the holder is a Dragon Sphere unit, which Rogita (Super 4) qualifies as.

You will know the equip worked when Rogita’s unit card lists the three Circlet passives — Prankster, Time to Get Serious, and Goofing Around — and the Endless Me active appears on the unit in-match.

What the three Circlet passives change

Rogita already spawns a clone that mirrors his last attack through his native The Monkey King passive. The Circlet turns that single trick into the unit’s whole damage engine.

PassiveEffect
PranksterGains 2000% Damage.
Time to Get SeriousBuffs Blast units by 80% Damage. Teleporting leaves a clone at the old position for 30 seconds; clones deal 50% less damage but inherit this unit’s passives, Familiar, and Memoria. Gotcha! follows up every third attack and slows all enemies in range by 50% for 30 seconds. Teleporting stuns all enemies in range for 2 seconds.
Goofing AroundGrants the Endless Me active. Gains 50% Damage per active clone. Clones always critically strike and deal 50% more damage to enemies with Shield. Reduces Dragon Sphere allies’ upgrade costs by 30%.

Endless Me: cooldown and clone timing

Endless Me runs on a 180-second cooldown. For 40 seconds after activation, any clone Rogita creates stays on the field until the effect ends instead of expiring on its own 30-second timer.

Because Goofing Around adds 50% Damage per active clone, that 40-second window is where the damage stacks. Each teleport leaves another copy behind, and every copy carries the Circlet and the Memoria with it, so the buff compounds while the active is up. Save it for boss waves rather than firing it on trash.

One practical knock-on effect is worth planning around: the 30% discount on Dragon Sphere upgrade costs applies to allies, not just Rogita. Building a Dragon Sphere-heavy team around him means the Circlet pays for itself in match economy on top of the raw damage.
