Enshrouded 1.0’s Blood Rose Set contains five cosmetic clothing items. It alters your character’s appearance but leaves your equipped armor in place. Skeletons hold four items; a Shroud Stalker carries the fifth, the Blood Rose Boots. The set is found in Veilwater Basin, with Battlegrounds to its north and Suspicious Drak’Dal Ruin to its south.
Quick answer: Go to the Veilwater Basin, between Battlegrounds and Suspicious Drak’Dal Ruin. Loot four skeletons and defeat the Shroud Stalker to collect all five pieces.

You can gather the entire set in one visit, since every piece is in the Veilwater Basin. Only the boots require combat: take down the Shroud Stalker there to obtain them.
How to get the Blood Rose Set
When you own all five pieces, the set shows as complete in the journal under Clothes – Veilwater Basin, and you receive 175 XP.
What each piece looks like
Each piece has its own description in the game:
- Blood Rose Mail Coif: “A chainmail coif, crowned with a wreath of roses and thorns. Beauty and pain, pleasure and despair — they all coalesce in her halo.”
- Blood Rose Chestplate: “A laced-up metal bodice that births a crinoline-esque cage. You shan’t let these shackles fool you. No band, and no blood can manacle the wrath of the Blood Rose.”
- Blood Rose Gloves: “Sharp claws and a sharper tongue that refuses to be silenced — such is both sword and shield of the Blood Rose.”
- Blood Rose Pants: “Full metal armor with flourishing lines, swinging around the leg like ensnaring vines. Their thorns may prick, tear, and break her, but a wounded deer leaps highest, so they say.”
- Blood Rose Boots: “Click-clack, click-clack — You hear the sound of her raised heel from a mile away, piercing the ground with unyielding staccato. As her steps quicken, so does your breath. Do not get caught in her path.”
How to wear the Blood Rose Set
In your backpack, right-click a piece and select “Equip (Cosmetic)”. It will appear in the Cosmetics column at Character > Customize Appearance, layered over your equipped armor without changing your stats.
