The Incomplete Logbook is the third quest in Trackman's Papa Marquette Files on the Far Far North map in Far Far West. It is the longest of the three in travel distance and ends with a hidden logbook page tucked under a bridge. Finishing it alongside the other two Trackman quests in a single successful run is what unlocks the Jungle map.
Quick answer: Talk to Trackman, pick The Incomplete Logbook, reassemble the torn photo at the post office, then follow the photo trail from the hunter house to the cave to the bridge, and grab the logbook page from a wooden beam under the bridge.

Requirements before starting Quest 3
Trackman and his quest board only appear on Far Far North, which is itself gated behind earlier maps. You also need to finish all three Papa Marquette Files quests in one run for any of them to register, so plan the route before you deploy.
| Requirement | Detail |
|---|---|
| Map access | Far Far North unlocked (after Far West, Canyon, and Area 41) |
| NPC | Trackman, marked by a golden envelope icon near the large train |
| Quest board | The Papa Marquette Files, opened with E |
| Run condition | Finish all three quests, defeat the boss, and extract in the same run |
The Incomplete Logbook walkthrough
Open Trackman's menu and select The Incomplete Logbook. A waypoint for the post office building appears on your map. The whole quest is a chain of four photo clues, each pointing to the next location.
Step 1: Enter the post office and look for the torn photo pieces on the floor and surfaces inside. Use F to PICK UP each fragment, then walk to the board and use F to PLACE IMAGE until the picture is whole. The finished photo shows a hunter's house.

Step 2: Pick up the assembled photo and travel to the hunter house location it depicts. The spot is shown on your map once you grab the photo. When you arrive, use F to DROP the photo at the house.
Step 3: Move to the wooden crane beside the hunter house and search behind it. A second photo is hidden there, showing the entrance of a cave. Pick it up, and a new map marker points to the cave.

Step 4: Enter the cave and follow the tunnel to the far end. A third photo is waiting at the back of the cave, and it shows a bridge. Pick it up to update the map with the bridge location.
Step 5: Travel to the marked bridge and drop down to the lower platform underneath. Look along the wooden beams below the deck for a piece of paper pinned to the wood. Pick it up to retrieve the missing logbook page, which is a list of names and addresses.

How to confirm Quest 3 is done
The moment you pick up the logbook page from under the bridge, the on-screen banner reads "Quest done! Kill the boss and extract to complete the quest!" That message is the confirmation that this specific objective is registered for the run. The unlock itself is not granted yet; the run still needs to end in a successful extraction with the other two quests also marked done.
Finishing the run so Jungle unlocks
After the logbook page is collected, head back to finish the remaining Papa Marquette objectives if you started with Quest 3, then commit to the boss fight and extraction. Only a clean extraction writes the progress to your profile.
| Final step | What to do |
|---|---|
| Quests check | All three Papa Marquette Files quests show as done |
| Boss | Defeat the Far Far North boss |
| Extraction | Reach the extraction point and leave alive |
| Verification | Trackman's reward panel shows "REWARD ALREADY UNLOCKED!" and Jungle appears in map select |

Why Quest 3 (and the Jungle unlock) sometimes fails to register
| Reason | What is happening |
|---|---|
| Only one or two quests done | All three Papa Marquette Files quests must be completed in the same run |
| Died before extraction | Quest progress from that run does not carry over |
| Boss skipped | The mission must end as a successful run, which requires the boss kill |
| Wrong map | Trackman and the Papa Marquette Files only exist on Far Far North |
| Photo trail broken | Missing a photo at the post office, crane, or cave stops the chain before the bridge |
Quest 3 carries the most travel time of the three Trackman quests, so if you are running them back-to-back, slotting it either first (while the map is quiet) or last (when you already have movement upgrades from the run) tends to be more reliable than sandwiching it between the mirror puzzle and the snowmen.
