It has a resilience of 15, rated Hard, and a progress speed penalty of -90%, so the reel is a grind. The practical takeaway is that the migration itself outranks every other condition. Foggy winter days help the Fin Whale roll in your favour, but with no active migration the fish simply is not in the pool, no matter how many totems you burn.
