How to get The Deep Commissary Badge

Travel into the deep and make your way to the back of the main building. This is where the GRIND HQ hub sits, and it is the base you will return to more than once.

Talk to the GRIND HQ (Founder) NPC and work through their first questline. Finish it fully before moving on.

Speak to GRIND HQ again to pick up and complete the second questline. Only after both questlines are done will the NPC give you the bounty task.

Return to GRIND HQ once more to receive the objective of clearing five bounties. This unlocks the next stage at the Bounty Tracker.

Go to the Bounty Tracker NPC beside the hub and accept five fish bounties. Choosing “What’s on the board?” shows the current targets you need to catch.
