Anastasya, the Tsaritsa

At C0 she reportedly provides a shield, resistance shred for both Cryo and Electro, ATK buffs, and Elemental Mastery buffs. Her Elemental Skill is said to grant interruption resistance and damage mitigation similar to Dehya, alongside off-field Electro application, while her Burst works as a teamwide heal. On constellations, C1 adds energy generation, C2 adds healing, and both C2 and C6 feed directly into the Tsaritsa. She also slots neatly beside Sandrone in Stellar Conduct teams.
Sandrone rerun
Sandrone first debuted in Version 6.7 and would get her first return here. She is a 5-star Cryo Claymore on-field Stellar Conduct damage dealer. Mitya is a 5-star Electro Catalyst whose damage scales on Elemental Mastery rather than raw ATK. Version 7.2 is projected to supply about 86 pulls for free-to-play players, 109 with Welkin Moon, and 118 with Welkin plus Battle Pass. That income matters because the full Tsaritsa package covers her, her signature Bow, Danica, and Tsaritsa C2, which demands a far larger reserve than a single character.
