Grow a Chicken Fighter: How to Get the Storm Colossus Foxfire Fusion

Pair a Storm Colossus with a Nine-Tail Hen and lock the Foxfire ability before fusing to swap Stormcall for a nine-fireball attack.

Storm Colossus is a Secret-rarity fighter in Grow a Chicken Fighter, and its default Stormcall ability can be replaced with Foxfire by fusing it with a Nine-Tail Hen. The result keeps the Storm Colossus base stats while trading a four-strike lightning attack for a spread of nine fireballs that hits in every direction.

Quick answer: Get a Storm Colossus and a Nine-Tail Hen, open the Fuse menu with both selected, lock the Foxfire ability, then press Fuse. When it finishes, the fighter keeps the Storm Colossus stats and shows Foxfire instead of Stormcall in its skill panel.

What the Foxfire fusion changes

Fusion in Grow a Chicken Fighter combines two fighters into one that carries higher base stats and a chosen skill. Because you can keep the stats of your strongest bird while borrowing a different fighter’s ability, the Storm Colossus body is the part you want to preserve, and Foxfire is the ability you pull in from the Nine-Tail Hen.

Stormcall summons four lightning strikes around the user, dealing damage and knocking enemies back. Foxfire instead fires nine fireballs that cover every direction and deliver burst damage. The wider coverage and higher damage make Foxfire the stronger pick for clearing high Tower floors and winning Arena fights.

What you need before fusing

The fusion requires two specific fighters. You keep the Storm Colossus base and lock Foxfire, which only the Nine-Tail Hen provides.

How to get a Storm Colossus

Storm Colossus has a 1% hatch chance in the Colossus Egg, and the game’s RNG cannot be influenced. Because of that, the real task is producing a steady stream of Colossus Eggs and hatching them until the Secret result appears. Even across 100 attempts, there is still roughly a 36.6% chance of missing, so plan for a large egg supply.

The Colossus Egg contains five fighters. Rumble Rooster is the most common at 46%, followed by Shockwave Hen at 28%, Ironcluck at 15%, Talon Titan at 10%, and Storm Colossus at 1%.

Build a Founder Rooster, the most reliable egg source. It lays Colossus Eggs at about a 25% chance, which turns a rare hatch into a repeatable farm. Skycrest Rooster, Sovereign Rooster, and Oracle Chick can also lay Colossus Eggs, but they are harder to obtain.

Work up the egg chain to reach the Founder Rooster. Hatch Nest Eggs until you get a Viking Rooster, use it to gather Thunder Eggs, and hatch a Static Chick. The Static Chick lays Thunder Eggs at a 100% rate, so place it in the Incubator and keep opening the rarer eggs until a Founder Rooster appears.
Farm Colossus Eggs and open them in batches. You can also earn Colossus Eggs from the Chicken Boss event in the Pits by dealing at least 1 million damage in a single event, with an extra egg awarded at 5 million or more. The event does not run constantly, so a Founder Rooster remains the steadier route.

Note: Keep at least one Founder Rooster laying eggs even after you get your first Storm Colossus. A single Secret hatch does not replace the bird that produces your next attempt.

How to get a Nine-Tail Hen

The Nine-Tail Hen is the only fighter that carries the Foxfire ability, so you need at least one before you can move Foxfire onto Storm Colossus.

Target the Blazing Egg or the Royal Egg. Blazing Eggs come from the Hot Egg Event, while Royal Eggs are laid by the Basilisk Rooster, Founder Rooster, and Valkyrie Hen.
Hatch the eggs and watch for the Nine-Tail Hen. From a Royal Egg, it has a 2% hatch chance, so expect to open several before it appears. Since your Founder Rooster already lays Royal Eggs, you can farm both required fighters from the same source.

Fuse Storm Colossus with Foxfire locked

With both fighters in your flock, the fusion itself is short. The key is locking the Foxfire ability so it survives the process instead of being randomized away.

Open the Flock menu from the right-side buttons and select your Storm Colossus. Choose the Fuse option, then pick the Nine-Tail Hen as the second fighter.

On the Fusion screen, apply a Fuse Lock to the Foxfire ability. A locked trait shows a yellow lock icon next to it. You get two free Fuse Locks, and locking the skill alone is enough for this build, so there is no need to spend Robux on more.
Press Fuse and confirm the cost. The completed fighter keeps the Storm Colossus base stats and now carries Foxfire in place of Stormcall.

Tip: Fuse only a duplicate you can afford to lose. If you have a single Storm Colossus, hatch another before experimenting, so a bad result does not cost you your only Secret fighter.

Confirm the fusion worked

Open the fused fighter’s card and check its skill panel. If the swap succeeded, the ability listed reads Foxfire and its description covers the nine-fireball attack rather than the four-strike Stormcall. The base stats should still match the Storm Colossus you started with.

To get the most out of the finished build, put points into the Power stat. Higher Power raises the damage of both attacks and abilities, which is what makes Foxfire effective on deep Tower floors and in Arena matches.
