What the Dominion Brand does
The Dominion Brand is a legendary rarity item used as a summon token for The World boss on Bizarre Island. You hand them over at the world boss summoner to spawn the fight, and each difficulty tier burns more Brands per summon. An auto-spawn option exists, but it keeps consuming Brands in the background until you turn it off.
Because Brands only come from one enemy type in one location, they sit at the center of a loop: grind NPCs for Brands, spend Brands to summon the boss, farm the boss for drops, then go back to the NPCs. It's worth banking several Brands before your first summon, so you can chain boss fights without breaking for more farming.
Requirements before you farm
You need access to Sea 2 before any of this is possible. The Brand does not exist in Sea 1, so finish the World Island questline and whatever story items gate the next sea first. Once Sea 2 is unlocked, Bizarre Island shows up in the teleport menu.
Combat-wise, the Strong Bandits on Bizarre Island are level 13,500. Going in under-leveled means long fights and wasted time. Reaching at least level 12,000 and running a proper damage build is the realistic floor for efficient farming.

Where to farm on Bizarre Island
Open the teleport menu in Sea 2 and select Bizarre Island. Strong Bandits are the only enemies on the island that drop the Dominion Brand, so don't waste time farming NPCs elsewhere on the map. Nothing in Sea 1 will ever drop one, regardless of level or luck.
Find a cluster where Strong Bandits spawn close together and set up a loop that minimizes running between kills. Downtime is the real enemy here, not the bandits themselves.
How to farm it efficiently
Step 1: Gear up for speed kills. A high-damage build matters far more than survivability since each Strong Bandit is a check against your DPS, not your HP pool. Aim for the fastest time-to-kill your setup allows.
Step 2: Stack luck before you start a session. Titles, skill tree nodes that influence drop rate, and any luck-boosting consumables all stack into the same roll. The Brand's drop rate is low enough that every percentage point matters.
Step 3: Lock in a spawn loop. Stick to one pocket of Bizarre Island where Strong Bandits respawn in close proximity, and clear them in a predictable rotation. Consistency beats chasing enemies across the map.
Step 4: Bank your Brands instead of summoning immediately. Save up several before heading to the summoner so you can run back-to-back World fights without interrupting your rhythm.
Using the Dominion Brand to summon The World
The World Boss Summoner stands in front of the colosseum on Bizarre Island, next to the relic crafting NPC. Interact with him, open the menu, and pick the World option to spend Brands and spawn the boss.
There are four difficulty modes, and higher difficulties cost more Brands per summon in exchange for better rewards. The auto-spawn toggle will keep summoning the boss as long as you have Brands in your inventory, which is useful for extended farming sessions but will drain your stockpile quickly if you forget to disable it.
If farming isn't working out
Trading with other players is the only alternate route to a Dominion Brand. If you've already put time into Bizarre Island without a drop and have tradeable items to offer, the player market is a legitimate shortcut. Otherwise, the grind is the grind, and luck stacking plus damage output are the only real levers you control.
Once you've pulled a few Brands and cleared The World on a difficulty that matches your build, the rest of Sea 2 progression opens up quickly. The main obstacle is getting that first drop; everything after is just loop optimization.
