Rocket League’s World Championship LTE is handing out two cosmetics that cross over into Fortnite at no cost. The Blue Chip decal for the Octane and the Furnacer Luxury Wheels are both tied to challenges you complete in online matches, and neither requires a purchase, a Twitch stream, or a battle pass.
Quick answer: Score at least 499 points across three online matches to earn the Furnacer wheels, and record 10 saves or epic saves in online matches to earn the Blue Chip decal. Both challenges sit under the World Championship LTE tab and close on September 23.
Blue Chip decal and Furnacer wheels: Challenge requirements
Both rewards live in the same event tab, but they track separately. You can work on them at the same time, since points and saves accumulate in the same matches.
| Reward | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Furnacer Luxury Wheels | Score at least 499 Points in 3 Online Matches |
| Blue Chip decal (Octane) | Get 10 Saves or Epic Saves in Online Matches |
| Event window | September 1 through September 23 |
The “Points” in the Furnacer challenge refer to your in-match score, not goals. Goals, saves, assists, centers, and shots all feed that number, so 499 points across three matches is a low bar once you know which playlist to queue for. Blue Chip is described in the garage as an “Elemental elite” Octane custom decal, which means it only equips to the Octane body.

Rocket League is free to download from the Epic Games Store, so there is no cost of entry. The cosmetics only appear in Fortnite if the same Epic Games account is behind both games, or if your console account is linked to that Epic account. If you play Rocket League on PlayStation, Xbox, or Switch under a different login than your Fortnite account, sort the account connections out first, otherwise the items will land in a locker you do not use.
Once claimed, the items behave like any other garage item. They sit in your Rocket League inventory on every platform tied to that Epic account, and the Fortnite versions appear on their own without a separate redemption step.
Fastest way to complete both World Championship LTE challenges

Note: three qualifying matches is the minimum for the wheels, but only matches where you finish with 499 points or more count toward that total. A quiet game where you sit at 300 points does nothing for the challenge.
How to confirm the rewards unlocked
Return to the World Championship LTE tab between matches. Each challenge shows a running counter, so you will see something like 1/3 on the points challenge and 5/10 on the saves challenge as you go. When a counter fills, the challenge flips to complete and the item is granted to your Rocket League garage.
To verify on the Rocket League side, open the garage and look for Blue Chip under Octane decals and Furnacer under wheels. In Fortnite, the items appear in your locker under the relevant car customization categories the next time you load the game. There is no in-game prompt in Fortnite announcing the grant, so check the locker directly rather than waiting for a notification.
Common reasons the challenges do not progress
- Playing offline or against bots. Both challenges specify online matches, so local exhibition and training runs are ignored.
- Finishing a match below 499 points. That match simply does not count toward the three required for the Furnacer wheels.
- Leaving a match early. Complete matches so the final score registers.
- Using a Rocket League account that is not connected to the Epic account you play Fortnite with. The items still unlock in Rocket League, but they will not show up in the Fortnite locker you expect.
The whole set takes well under an hour of Heatseeker if you park near your own net and stay involved in every play. Once September 23 passes, the World Championship LTE tab closes and there is no confirmed alternative route to Blue Chip or Furnacer, so it is worth clearing both counters while the event is still running.
