How to Unlock Every Runaways Class (Full List and Costs)

Every class in Runaways with its Credz or Robux price, starting loadout, stat bonuses, and the exact way to buy one.

Every class in Runaways with its Credz or Robux price, starting loadout, stat bonuses, and the exact way to buy one.

Classes in Runaways decide how you start every run. Each one hands you a fixed loadout of weapons and gear, plus passive bonuses to melee strength, health, or run speed. Since the whole point is looting fast and slipping past the police on the way to Mexico, the class you pick shapes whether you fight, tank hits, or simply outrun everyone. There are 12 classes in total, and once you buy one it stays unlocked on your account permanently.

Quick answer: Open the CLASSES menu on the left side of the lobby, select the class you want, and press the purple purchase button. Most classes cost Credz, two cost Robux, and Basic is free. After buying, the class shows as owned and applies on your next run.

How to buy and unlock a class

Unlocking a class is a one-time purchase made from the lobby. For Credz classes you need enough currency saved first. For Smuggler and Ex-Military, the purchase runs through the standard Robux prompt.

Launch Runaways and stay in the lobby. Click the CLASSES button in the left-side menu to open the class selection screen.
Pick the class you want and check its listed cost. Confirm you have enough Credz, or that the Robux price matches for the two paid classes.
Press the purple purchase button to unlock it. Once bought, the class is tied to your account, so there is no rerolling and no need to buy it again.
Return to the Classes menu whenever you want to switch. You can freely change your active class between runs, which swaps both the loadout and the stat bonuses.

You can reach the experience from its official Roblox page if you need to launch it directly.

How to confirm the class is active

A purchase is only finished when the game marks the class as owned and lets you select it. After you press the button, the entry should switch from locked to owned, and selecting it highlights that class as your active choice. The loadout and bonuses then apply when your next run begins.

Ownership and selection are two separate things. Buying a class does not automatically equip it if another one is still selected, so check that the class you want is the one marked active before you spawn in.

How to earn Credz for classes

Credz is the currency behind almost every class, and it is also spent on cars, gas, repairs, weapons, and gear. You build it up naturally by completing runs, finishing quests, and logging in daily. Redeeming active codes is the fastest shortcut for a quick top-up.

To redeem a code, open the Shop button on the left of the screen, scroll to the code box at the bottom, type a working code into the field, and press Use. Codes are case-sensitive, so copy them exactly to avoid an error. The current code RUN grants 1,000 Credz, and SUPERCAT gives a free pistol you can carry into a run.

With the cheaper classes like Brawler and Scout costing well under 20,000 Credz, a few completed runs are enough to unlock your first upgrade. The high-end picks such as Breacher and Juggernaut sit in the hundreds of thousands, so those are longer-term goals you save toward while grinding escapes to the border.
