Race for Eggs is a Roblox simulator built on one tight loop. You lift dumbbells to raise your Speed, sprint an egg-lined track against rival runners, hatch the eggs you win into pets, and let those pets pay out Cash that buys heavier weights. The developer, xFrozen x Dudes, keeps servers small at five players, so every finish decides how good your next egg is. You can jump straight in through the official Roblox experience.
Quick answer: Raise Speed using the most powerful dumbbell you can pay for, then Rebirth to boost Cash gains. That lets you purchase the following dumbbell tier and place higher.
How the Speed, races, eggs and Cash loop works
Speed is the stat that decides everything. Equip a dumbbell and your avatar lifts it automatically, adding a set amount of Speed per repetition. A faster runner finishes higher, and a higher finish hands you a rarer egg. Rarer eggs hatch pets that earn more Cash per second, and Cash is the only currency that buys stronger weights. Break any link in that chain and progress stalls.
The order that matters is simple. Train to a Speed you can measure, race once, read the result, then decide whether more Speed or a better pet roster is the thing holding you back. Change one part at a time so you can tell what actually moved you up the podium.

How race placement decides your egg
Each heat holds six runners. Your character sprints at whatever Speed you built at the training spot, while the rival egg runners move at fixed paces. Finish above a rival and you take a better pedestal and a rarer egg; finish below and you get a low-tier egg with a small Luck bonus attached instead.
In the beginner Green World, pass the rivals in this order: T-Rex, Tiger, Bat, Frog, with Chicken last. Once you cross the finish, check the Ranking screen for your place, egg prize and any Luck multiplier.

Your podium reward depends on the pet that hatches from its egg. A Basic Egg may hatch a Chicken that earns $10 per second; the Bat Egg awarded for third place gives a pet earning $825 per second. That difference in income pays for your next Speed upgrade.
Train Speed: dumbbell tiers and costs
Each repetition increases Speed according to the Power rating of your equipped dumbbell. Moving up the Weights Shop range improves race times much more than doing extra reps with a low-tier weight. One rep with the starter dumbbell gives +1, whereas the 25 kg Dumbbell Sphere gives +2.2.

The tiers continue beyond the Pancake Dumbbell, topping out at the Passenger Plane, which can take Speed into the trillions after a minute of clicking. Use each weight as a progress marker: purchase it, complete a set of reps, and race to check whether your position improved. With a dumbbell equipped, training needs little attention, although a multiplier prompt sometimes appears and offers a few extra Speed points.
Build Cash income with pets and slots
Pets in your base pen are the sole source of Cash, with each pet’s income per second shown under its name. Won eggs go into the pen and hatch after a brief timer. The pets you leave equipped determine how quickly you can afford another weight, whether you’re racing or offline.
Manage your pet lineup in the Pets Active menu. Purchase additional slots individually, up to a maximum of 24 slots; Equip Best automatically selects your pets with the highest earnings. Replace early Chickens and Frogs once a stronger pet hatches, like a Bat or Koala.
You can get pets for free without entering races, too. As your session continues, Playtime Rewards grant a Frog, followed by a Koala, then a Lion, Snake, Ostrich and Sphinx. Daily Rewards start with 100 Cash and progress to a Whale on Day 7. You can also upgrade your base plot: pen upgrades increase your pet limit and the base Cash Multiplier, with a 5M upgrade raising it to x8.15 in addition to Rebirth bonuses.
Rebirth timing and Cash multipliers
Rebirthing wipes your Cash and Speed, but each use adds a permanent Cash multiplier that stacks with previous ones. For multi-million dumbbells, there is no practical alternative. Your weights remain after Rebirth, so purchase the dumbbell you want to keep before activating it.

The efficient rhythm is to hit a weight threshold, grab that dumbbell, then Rebirth and rebuild Speed with far more income behind you. Reaching 100K, buying the Gear Dumbbell and rebirthing at 50K on the next cycle rebuilds Speed much faster than rebirthing empty-handed.
Luck dice and egg quality
Your finish position determines the egg, while Luck affects its hatch. Dice that boost Luck are sold in the Lucky Shop: Golden, Diamond and Emerald Dice are the first options, followed by Ruby, Purple, Crystal, Galaxy and Rainbow Dice. The bonus comes from your equipped die alone, so verify your selection in the menu after purchasing another.
The strongest options come from the Event Pass track rather than Cash. The Secret Champion Dice and the Immortal Dice at 150% Luck are claimed along the pass, and equipping one noticeably shifts what a stack of eggs produces during a farming run.
Unlocking new worlds
To reach another area, use the Escape portal located at the edge of your base. The Worlds menu then shows what you must unlock to access the next map. Each world features a different track, rival field, and egg pool; the runner in front gains speed with every world.

With your previous world’s Speed, a new area will likely leave you in sixth place; you can exit the race before it ends. Train again using the strongest dumbbell sold in that world, then enter another race. After Deep Sea, the portal shows the next area as Coming Soon, and no release date has been confirmed.
Free pets on day one
There are two free offers, and each gives you an earning pet right away. Find the redemption field in the Shop menu; it isn’t in its own codes tab.
These codes may expire at any time. Redeem them as soon as you find them, and base upgrade plans only on rewards you have already claimed.
How to know a change worked
Test just one adjustment at a time, then check your position on the Ranking screen. For example, if you increase your dumbbell’s weight, do the same number of reps and climb from fourth to third, the purchase helped. When your place stays the same, add more reps or Rebirth again before spending on the next weight.
Apply that test to your pets as well: record Cash per second, select Equip Best, and check the number again. New content arrives on Saturdays, potentially changing weights, egg pools and Event Pass rewards between sessions. When deciding on an upgrade, rely on the figures currently shown in-game.
