Races in Race for Eggs are settled before the countdown ends. Your character sprints at whatever Speed value you built up at the training area, and the rival egg runners on each track run at fixed paces. Finish above them and you take a better podium spot and a rarer Egg; finish below them and you get the low-tier reward and a small Luck bonus instead.
Quick answer: Beat the fastest rival on your track by training Speed with the heaviest dumbbell you can afford, then Rebirth for Cash multipliers so you can afford the next dumbbell tier.
How race placement decides your Egg reward
Each race holds six runners. In the starter Green World, the order to beat runs T-Rex, Tiger, Bat, Frog, then Chicken at the back. The Ranking screen after the finish line shows your placement, the Egg you earned, and any Luck multiplier attached to that position.
| Finish | Egg reward (Green World) | Luck bonus |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | T-Rex Egg (Legendary) | — |
| 2nd | Tiger Egg (Epic) | — |
| 3rd | Bat Egg (Rare) | — |
| 4th | Gold Frog Egg | 3x Luck |
| 5th | Basic Egg (Common) | 2x Luck |
Eggs go into the pen at your base and hatch on a timer, so a podium finish is only worth as much as the pet inside. A Basic Egg can produce a Chicken at $10 per second, while a Bat Egg from third place hatches a pet earning $825 per second. That income gap is what funds the next round of Speed upgrades.

Add to Google Preferences →Train Speed: the dumbbell tiers and what they cost
Speed comes from repetitions at the training spot. Each lift adds a set amount based on the equipped dumbbell’s Power rating, so the single biggest improvement to your race times is buying up the Weights Shop ladder rather than grinding longer with a weak weight. The starter dumbbell adds +1 per rep; the 25 kg Dumbbell Sphere already pushes that to +2.2.
| Dumbbell | Weight | Cost | Power |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dumbbell Sphere | 25 kg | $15 | — |
| Strawberry Dumbbell | 50 kg | $1,000 | 5 |
| Wooden Dumbbell (Epic) | 75 kg | 10K | 20 |
| Gear Dumbbell (Legendary) | 100 kg | 100K | 100 |
| Nuclear Dumbbell (Legendary) | 125 kg | 1M | — |
| Present Dumbbell (Mythic) | 150 kg | 7.5M | 2.5K |
| Donut Dumbbell (Divine) | 175 kg | 50M | 12.5K |
| Pancake Dumbbell | — | 350M | — |
Higher tiers keep going past the Pancake Dumbbell, ending with the Passenger Plane, which pushes Speed into the trillions within a minute of clicking. Until then, treat each dumbbell as a checkpoint. Buy it, train a block of reps, then race and see whether you moved up a podium place.
Turn on Auto race before you step on the pad so you do not have to tap through the sprint yourself.
Build Cash income with pets and slots
Cash only comes from pets sitting in your base pen, and Cash is the only way to buy heavier weights. Every pet lists a per-second income, so the roster you leave equipped decides how quickly you can afford the next dumbbell while you are off racing or offline.
The Pets Active menu handles the roster. Extra slots are bought one at a time and cap out at 24 slots, and the Equip Best button swaps in your highest-earning pets automatically, which is far quicker than comparing every hatch by hand. Unequip the early Chickens and Frogs as soon as something better hatches.

Free pets arrive on a timer without any racing at all. Playtime Rewards hands out a Frog, then a Koala, then higher-tier animals such as Lion, Snake, Ostrich and Sphinx as your session runs; Daily Rewards start at 100 Cash and build toward a Day 7 Whale. Claim them and drop them straight into the pen.

Upgrading the base plot itself is the other lever. Pen upgrades cost Cash, expand how many animals you can hold, and raise the base Cash Multiplier, so a 5M upgrade can push the multiplier to x8.15 on top of whatever your Rebirths already give you.
Rebirth timing and Cash multipliers
Rebirth doubles your Cash income each time and is the only way to reach the multi-million dumbbells in reasonable time. It resets your Speed, so you rebuild it with a much better weight and a much better income behind you.
| Rebirth | Cash requirement | Cash multiplier |
|---|---|---|
| Rebirth 1 | 50,000 | x2 |
| Rebirth 2 | 1M | x4 |
| Rebirth 3 | 20M | x8 |
| Rebirth 11 (max) | — | 2048x |
Buy the dumbbell you are saving for before you press Rebirth. Weights are kept, Speed is not, so hitting 100K, grabbing the Gear Dumbbell and then rebirthing at 50K again on the next cycle rebuilds your Speed far faster than rebirthing empty-handed.
Luck dice and Egg quality
Placement decides which Egg you win; Luck decides what hatches out of it. The Lucky Shop sells dice that apply a Luck multiplier, starting with Golden Dice, Diamond Dice and Emerald Dice, and running up through Ruby, Purple, Crystal, Galaxy and Rainbow Dice. Only the equipped dice applies, so check the menu after buying a new one.
The top-end options come from the Event Pass track rather than Cash. The Secret Champion Dice and the Immortal Dice at 150% Luck are claimed along the pass, and equipping one noticeably changes what your egg stack produces during a farming run.

Worlds and the rival you have to beat
New areas are reached through the Escape portal at the edge of each base, which opens the Worlds menu with the unlock requirement for the next map. Every world has its own track, its own field of rival runners and its own Egg pool, and the lead runner gets faster each time.
- Green World — beat the T-Rex for a Legendary T-Rex Egg.
- Desert Island — Snail, Snake and Sphinx runners; first place yields a Radioactive Sphinx Egg.
- Ice Kingdom — beat Mamoth for 500 tickets and a Mamut Egg.
- Deep Sea — overtake Megalodon for a Volt Egg.

Arriving in a new world with old Speed produces a sixth-place finish, and you can simply leave the race early rather than sit through it. The correct response is to go back to training with the best dumbbell that world sells, then re-enter. Beyond Deep Sea, the portal currently lists the next area as Coming Soon, with no release date confirmed.
Free head starts: the RELEASE code and group reward
Two freebies cost nothing and both hand you an earning pet on day one. The redemption box sits inside the Shop menu rather than in a separate codes tab.
RELEASE exactly as written, with no spaces before or after it, since codes are case-sensitive.Codes in this game stop working without notice, so redeem anything you find rather than saving it, and do not plan an upgrade around a reward you have not already banked.
Checking that a change actually worked
Change one thing at a time and read the result on the Ranking screen. If you bought a heavier dumbbell, trained the same amount and moved from fourth to third, the weight did its job. If the placement did not move, you need more reps or another Rebirth before the next weight is worth buying.
The same logic applies to pets. Note your Cash per second before a roster swap, hit Equip Best, and compare the figure afterwards. New content lands on Saturdays, so weights, egg pools and Event Pass rewards can shift between sessions, which makes the in-game numbers the only ones worth trusting when you plan your next upgrade.
