Load the Truck (Roblox): Full Guide to Faster Cash

How boxes, workers, upgrades, and rebirths fit together to grow your earnings in Load the Truck.

How boxes, workers, upgrades, and rebirths fit together to grow your earnings in Load the Truck.

Load the Truck is a Roblox delivery game built around one simple loop. You grab boxes from a pallet, carry them to the back of a truck, and get paid per box. Everything else in the game exists to make that loop pay more, whether through better boxes, faster movement, hired workers, or a full reset called a rebirth.

Quick answer: Stack up to three boxes per run, buy higher box tiers for more cash per delivery, hire workers and click them awake so they keep loading, then rebirth at $5,000 to unlock higher-value boxes and multipliers.

Finish the tutorial to unlock the core systems

The tutorial walks you through every counter you will use for the rest of the game. Complete it first so the Upgrades terminal, Workers counter, and Boxes counter all open up.

Pick up a box from the pallet when the prompt shows “Pick up a box 0/1.”
Carry it to the back of the truck and deliver it. Your first delivery starts the cash meter.

Pick up and deliver three more boxes when prompted. Stacking three at once fills the “$0/$30” delivery goal in a single trip and pushes earnings up early.
Open the Upgrades terminal and buy the Walkspeed upgrade for $60. This is the cheapest way to shorten every trip.

Go to the Workers counter and hire your first worker for $175.

Visit the Boxes counter and buy the Cardboard Box for $50. Once it is purchased, the “Tutorial Completed!” message appears, and all systems stay open.

Box tiers and cash per delivery

Better boxes are the single biggest driver of income. Every box you deliver pays out based on its tier, so upgrading the box you carry multiplies every trip you make. You start on Scrap and move up as you can afford each tier.

Box tierCash per boxCostRequirement
Scrap$10StarterNone
Cardboard$20$50None

Water and Cotton Candy stay locked until you complete your first rebirth, so they are goals to work toward rather than immediate buys.

Upgrades for your player and your workers

Upgrades split into two groups. Player upgrades improve how you move and carry, while worker upgrades improve the crew that loads boxes for you automatically. Spread your spending across both so you and your workers both deliver faster.

Player upgradesWorker upgrades
WalkspeedWorker Speed
Stack SizeWorker Stack
Box SpeedWorker Luck
Box LuckWorker Energy

Your starting stack limit is three boxes. Raising Stack Size lets you carry more per trip, which cuts down the number of walks you make. Worker Energy matters because it affects how long a worker keeps loading before it needs attention.

Keep workers loading by waking them up

Hired workers load boxes on their own, which is how you earn while doing other things. The catch is that they fall asleep from time to time and stop working. When a worker is asleep, click on it to wake it back up so it resumes loading.

Note: The Worker Energy upgrade reduces how often you need to do this, so it pays off once you have several workers running at once.

Claim the daily mail reward

Daily mail rewards give free cash and temporary boosts. Claiming one grants $1,000 cash along with a 2x cash multiplier, which stacks on top of whatever box tier you are running. Grab it before a long earning session so the multiplier covers more deliveries.

Rebirth at $5,000 to unlock higher earnings

Rebirthing costs $5,000 and resets your cash and upgrades. In return, it permanently opens up new box types, multiplier boosts, and extra workers. The first rebirth is the gate that unlocks the Water and Cotton Candy boxes, which pay far more than the early tiers.

Before you rebirth, spend down toward the cheaper boxes and grab any daily reward, since your cash resets anyway. After rebirthing, rebuild your box tier and worker upgrades to reach the newly unlocked boxes.

Robux shop items and area unlocks

Several extras can be bought with cash or Robux. Some, like Parking 2, have a cash price as well, so you can earn your way to them without spending Robux.

ItemCost
Unlock Parking 2$25.0k or 79 Robux
Gold Conveyors299 Robux
Mega Trucks299 Robux
Infinite Carry199 Robux

Infinite Carry removes your stack limit entirely, while Gold Conveyors and Mega Trucks speed up how quickly boxes move and get delivered. None of these are required to progress, so treat them as accelerators rather than necessities.

Put together, the fastest path is to keep upgrading your box tier first, use Stack Size and Walkspeed to shorten trips, hire and wake workers to earn passively, and rebirth once you hit $5,000 to open the higher-paying boxes. Repeat that cycle and each rebirth leaves you earning more per delivery than the last.
