Pal batons are endgame accessories in Palworld that boost the Pal fighting next to you. Each one raises your active Pal’s Attack and adds a large elemental damage bonus tied to a single element. You do not find finished batons in the wild. Instead, you collect a schematic from an Ancient Ruin, then craft the accessory yourself.
Quick answer: All nine Pal baton schematics sit inside Ancient Ruins on the Palpagos Islands. Fly to each coordinate below, complete the terminal hacking puzzle to receive the schematic, then craft the baton at the Ancient Workbench under the Armor tab.

All Pal baton schematic locations
There are nine batons, one for each element. Every schematic is stored in a stone ruin structure on the Palpagos Islands. Use the coordinate readout on your map to line up each pickup, and bring heat or cold protection since several ruins sit in extreme biomes.

Every baton stacks two effects at level 4. The first is Pal Attack Up Lv. 4, which is the same across all nine. The second is an elemental damage enhancement that matches the baton’s name. Pick the baton whose element matches your main combat Pal so both buffs apply to the same attacks.

Crafting materials for every baton
Eight of the nine batons share the same base recipe of Refined Ingot x20, Horn x30, and Ancient Civilization Core x5, with one element-specific ingredient swapped in. The Divine Dragon’s Baton is the exception and uses Polymer and extra Pure Quartz instead of Horn.

How to collect and craft a baton
You know it worked when the schematic unlocks the recipe in your inventory. From then on you can craft that baton repeatedly as long as you keep supplying the materials. Batons never lose durability, so once one is equipped it keeps working with no upkeep.
Equipping batons in your accessory slots
Batons take up accessory slots, the same ones used by rings, pendants, and belts. You start with two slots and can raise that to four by buying two single-use coffers from the Medal Merchant. The Wondrous Accessory Coffer costs 100 Mog Coins for a third slot, and the Mysterious Accessory Coffer costs 1000 Mog Coins for the fourth.
An equipped baton is active when its effect appears in the Stats window on the right of the inventory screen. Because all batons share the Pal Attack Up bonus, running two different-element batons does not double that stat in a useful way. Match one baton to your active Pal’s element, then fill the other slots with player buffs or resistances.
