Palworld 1.0: Best Transport Pals Ranked by Run and Transport Speed

Which Pals move base resources into storage fastest, with exact speed stats and where to catch each one.

Which Pals move base resources into storage fastest, with exact speed stats and where to catch each one.

Transport work in Palworld 1.0 comes down to two numbers: how fast a Pal runs across your base and how fast it hauls items into a Storage Box. A high Transporting work level lets a Pal carry more per trip, but the raw speed stats decide how quickly the loop repeats. The Pals below combine strong Transport work suitability with the fastest legs in the game.

Quick answer: For pure delivery, assign Eidrolon (Run Speed 1400, Transport Speed 400, Transport 6) — nothing moves goods faster. If you want one Pal that both mines and hauls, use Knocklem (Transporting 7, Mining 7). To boost every other courier at once, keep a Wumpo at the base for its +1 Transporting suitability aura.

Best transport Pals compared

Run Speed determines how quickly a Pal travels between a resource node and storage, while Transport Speed sets how fast it picks up and deposits items. A Pal with a huge Run Speed but modest Transport Speed still clears a base quickly because most time is spent moving.

Eidrolon: The fastest pure courier

Eidrolon and Eidrolon Ignis exist for one job at your base. Their only work suitability is Transport 6, and they pair it with a Run Speed of 1400 and a Transport Speed of 400. That Run Speed is far beyond anything else on this list, so goods reach storage almost as soon as they drop.

Because Eidrolon does nothing but haul, it never gets distracted by mining or lumbering tasks. You can find it as a Field Boss on the southwest side of Sunreach Island. Keeping a second one in your party is also worth it, since that Run Speed makes it a strong travel mount.

Knocklem: Mining and transport in one

Knocklem (and Knocklem Ignis) carries the highest Transport rating in the group at Transporting 7, backed by a Run Speed of 550 and Transport Speed of 400. What sets it apart is the extra work coverage: Mining 7 and Gathering 4. It can dig ore and break rocks, then drop the haul straight into storage without a second Pal.

Place Knocklem at a mining base, and it handles the full loop on its own. You can catch it around the City Ruins, north of the Volcano, and in the World Tree region.

Wumpo: The transport booster for your whole base

Wumpo is the Guardian of the Snowy Mountain, and its Partner Skill of the same name raises the Transporting Work Suitability of every other base Pal by +1 while it is deployed. That effect does not stack, but a single Wumpo makes your existing couriers carry more per trip.

On its own, it runs at 600 with a slower Transport Speed of 150, plus Transporting 6, Handiwork 3, Lumbering 5, and Cooling 5. Wumpo also adds +120 to your own carrying capacity while it is on your team. Catch it in the Sacred Mountain Caverns and Frozen Tundra; Wumpo Botan appears at the No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary.

Fast alternatives and where to catch them

Several other Pals hit high speeds and work well as dedicated couriers, especially once you have their preferred work handled elsewhere.

Dualith

A late-game pick with Transport 6, Run Speed 600, and Transport Speed 350. It also offers Mining 6, Planting 3, Gathering 3, and Lumbering 5, so it doubles as a mining Pal. Dualith and Dualith Noct spawn as a Level 75 Field Alpha Boss in the World Tree region.

Helzephyr Lux

One of the quickest Pals overall, with Run Speed 700 and the highest Transport Speed here at 450, plus Transport 5. Its only other work skill is Generating Electricity 4, so it is best used purely for hauling. Find it on Northern Sakurajima Island.

Beakon

Beakon and Beakon Cryst run at 750 with a Transport Speed of 375 and Transport 5. They also carry Generating Electricity 4 and Gathering 2, but they earn their spot as delivery couriers. Beakon appears as a Field Boss in Verdant Brook.

Ragnahawk

The fastest of the alternatives at Run Speed 800, with Transport Speed 375 and Transporting 5. It also has Kindling 4, though other Pals fill that role better. Ragnahawk spawns across Mount Obsidian in the western, southern, and northwest regions, and its speed makes it a handy world mount too.

How to get the most out of transport Pals

Pair a booster with couriers. Deploy one Wumpo to raise every other base Pal’s Transporting level by +1, then fill the remaining slots with high-speed haulers like Eidrolon or Helzephyr Lux.

Match Run Speed to base size. Larger bases with spread-out nodes benefit most from Eidrolon’s 1400 Run Speed, while compact bases can lean on Transport Speed leaders like Helzephyr Lux and Knocklem.

Note: You will know a transport Pal is working when items from resource nodes appear inside your Storage Boxes without manual sorting. If deposits stall, check that a Storage Box is placed within the base radius and that the Pal is not being pulled onto another task, such as mining or generating electricity.

Whether you prioritize raw hauling speed with Eidrolon or a combined miner-courier like Knocklem, keeping the right transport Pal on duty turns a cluttered base into a self-clearing supply line.
