Palworld 1.0: How to Get the Multiclimate Undershirt

Claim the schematic from a ruined desert tower, then craft the one accessory that covers both heat and cold.

The Multiclimate Undershirt is the accessory that ends gear-swapping in Palworld 1.0. It handles heat and cold at the same time from a single accessory slot, so you stop diving into your inventory every time the biome changes. In the 1.0 update it is no longer a raid drop or a reliable merchant buy. Instead, you pull its schematic from a ruined tower in the desert and craft the item yourself.

Quick answer: Fly to the ruined Schematic Tower in the northeastern Dessicated Desert (map coordinates 604, 303), break the three glowing rocks to collect the Multiclimate Undershirt Schematic, then craft the undershirt at a High-Quality Workbench.

What you need before heading out

This is not a starting-area trip. The Pals around the tower sit in the mid-30s, so a fresh save can get overwhelmed fast. Bring a weapon that can clear those Pals and enough survivability to shrug off the desert’s heat while you work.

A flying mount makes the route far less painful, because you can drop straight onto the tower instead of fighting through every ridge and hostile group on the ground. You do not need any special resistance gear to grab the schematic itself, but you will need crafting materials afterward, so it helps to stock up before you leave.

Where to find the Multiclimate Undershirt Schematic

The schematic lives inside a ruined Schematic Tower in the Dessicated Desert, in the northeastern part of the map. Open your map and aim for the coordinates 604, 303. The tower is a tall, metallic structure covered in glowing blue patterns, and it stands out clearly against the surrounding dunes and rocky cliffs, so you will spot it from the air.

Travel to the tower area at 604, 303 and land near the base of the structure. Clear or avoid the nearby Pals so you can work without being interrupted.
Find the three glowing rocks in the tower area and destroy all three. There is no set order, and any weapon works, including a basic melee weapon. This is the tower’s activity, and it is deliberately simple.
Once the three rocks are broken, claim your reward. You receive the Multiclimate Undershirt Schematic, not the finished accessory, so the tower run is only the first half of the process.

Note: keep the schematic in your inventory. It only unlocks the recipe while it is carried with you, so leaving it in an unrelated storage box can make the recipe look like it never appeared.

How to craft the Multiclimate Undershirt

With the schematic in your inventory, the recipe unlocks at a High-Quality Workbench. Return to your base, open the workbench, and craft the undershirt using the materials below.

MaterialAmount
High Quality Cloth40
Flame Organ20
Ice Organ20
Polymer20

None of these are especially rare by the time you can reach the desert, so gathering a batch is straightforward. Because the recipe is repeatable, you can craft more than one if you want spares for other characters or loadouts.

Multiclimate Undershirt stats

The version you craft from this schematic is the Rare tier, and it is the strongest reason to make the desert trip. It equips in an accessory slot rather than an armor slot.

PropertyValue
TypeAccessory
RarityRare
EffectHeat Resistance Lv. 3 / Cold Resistance Lv. 3
Weight0
Crafted atHigh-Quality Workbench

Level 3 protection on both sides means one item replaces separate hot and cold options, freeing an accessory slot for something else.

How to confirm you got it

After breaking the three rocks, the Multiclimate Undershirt Schematic appears in your inventory under Schematics, listed as Rare with a note that it unlocks the recipe at the High-Quality Workbench. Once you craft the item, open your inventory and equip it in the accessory slot. The effect only applies after it is equipped, so simply owning it will not protect you.

If the recipe does not show up at the workbench, the usual cause is the schematic sitting in a storage box instead of your inventory. Move it back onto your character and check the workbench again.

Can the schematic drop from chests?

The schematic can appear in some treasure chests, but the odds are extremely low, roughly 0.1% to 3.4%. That makes chest hunting a waste of time compared with the tower. The desert tower is a guaranteed source and requires a lower level than chasing random drops, so it is the route worth committing to. If you happen to pull basic heat or cold protection from loot along the way, that is a bonus rather than a plan.
