Quick answer: On Meigu Lake, the Frenzied You Loong waits in a waterlogged yard roughly 50 m from the Blackwater Crew Dock bell. His moves include broad trident cuts that send teal water outward, surging columns, drifting orbs, lunges, and a stomp from above.
Frenzied You Loong at a glance
The health bar identifies him as “You Loong, the Frenzied Blackwater Crew Leader”. He carries a long trident, with a shaggy dark mane framing his massive, bare chest.

The fight takes place in a flooded yard inside the Blackwater Crew palisade on Meigu Lake, with stilt houses, a stone wall and broken planks around the water, and Soul stays knee-deep for the whole fight.
Water powers most of his moves: expect teal arcs, columns surging upward, orbs drifting through the yard, and rings of turbulent water.
This encounter is distinct from the Pangzhen battle against You Loong, Leader of the Blackwater Crew; see the first You Loong fight.

The flooded yard on Meigu Lake sits roughly 50 m from the Blackwater Crew Dock bell. You can find the bell among the Phantom Blade Zero bells.

Blackwater Crew Dock is reached by boat; in our run, Soul boarded at the Meigu Village East Dock wharf, sailed across open lake and docked at the Blackwater Crew wharf, one of the Meigu Lake docks.

In our run, he was already standing in the yard when Soul stepped off the boat, after the Pangzhen fight with You Loong, Leader of the Blackwater Crew.
Two Blackwater Anglers wait on the plank deck beside the bell. In our run, a first approach that stayed near them ended in their rod pulls before the fight began, and walking straight past them into the yard kept them out of the fight.
In our run, a death returned Soul to the Blackwater Crew Dock bell, and he was back in the yard at full health.
Frenzied You Loong’s attacks
Water arc sweep
A wide trident swing sends a crescent-shaped teal wave across the yard.

Water column
Water erupts beneath Soul from the surface, sometimes as You Loong crouches close to the water.

Water orbs
Blue and teal orbs travel across the yard in Soul’s direction.

Trident thrust
He thrusts the trident low over the water toward Soul.

Leaping stomp
He leaps into the air, then lands feet first on Soul amid sparks and spray.

Churning ring
Bubbles circle Soul’s feet as the water churns around them.

Trident lunge
From range, he charges forward with the trident extended.

Whirling strike
At close range, he spins the trident through spray and sparks; the hit can send Soul tumbling into the water.

How the fight went in our run
In our run on Pathbreaker, the attempt lasted under a minute and a half.
In our run on Wayfarer, the attempt lasted almost five minutes and took only a small part of his bar.
In our run, the water columns and the whirling strike did the most damage, and the knockdowns left Soul open to the next attack.
Tips for the Frenzied You Loong fight
Start by resting at the Blackwater Crew Dock bell. Then pass the two Blackwater Anglers and enter the yard rather than engaging them on the plank deck.
You can parry both the trident’s thrusts and its sweeping attacks. Watch his movement and parry at the right moment instead of trading blows; the parry and dodge guide explains the timing.
Dodge sideways around the drifting water orbs; don’t try to heal in their line of travel.
If this battle proves too difficult, adjust the difficulty in the System menu. Confirm the change at the “Apply changes to settings?” prompt. The available options are described under difficulty modes.
Rewards and what comes after
After the fight, the Loong Trident Ranged Phantom Edge card appears with the prompt “Equip the new Phantom Edge now?”
Its description names it as You Loong’s signature weapon (he leads the Blackwater Crew) and says to hold the Phantom Edge key, then release it to throw the weapon over long distances.
Next comes a High-Power Pump card. This Phantom Edge Soul Tempering Material bears the description “Used to Soul Temper You Loong’s Deluge.”

The Pangzhen fight awards You Loong’s Deluge.
