Talk to Mu Xiaokui in the Crimson Forest Sha-Chi Tower, about 45 m from the 6th Floor bell. The token comes from that first talk. This is a different meeting from her fight in the Village of Lu, covered in the Mu Xiaokui guide.
Supreme Order Token item description
The item card reads:
A token granting supreme command over the Order, once given to Mu Xiaokui by the old Shadow Sovereign as a means of protection. Now that the old Shadow Sovereign is gone and Zuo Shang has usurped control of the Order, the token has lost its former authority.
But Mu Xiaokui was never one to rely on her father’s authority to command respect. As if to prove she could stand on her own, she gave the token to Soul.
Its effect line reads: “Used to Soul Temper the Wild Oriole Sword.”
What Supreme Order Token does
The token has one job. It is the Soul Tempering material for the Wild Oriole Sword, and it does not temper any other weapon. It sits alongside the game’s other Soul Tempering materials, each tied to its own weapon.
To spend it, bring the following to Myst in the Order’s underground tavern in Pangzhen:
- The Wild Oriole Sword
- The Supreme Order Token
- 5,000 Remnant Dust

“During Heavy Attack combos, Mu Tianmiao’s sword is wielded alongside the Wild Oriole Blade for dual-sword attacks. While Oriole Song is active, the Tianmiao Sword unleashes more powerful blade waves.”
When the upgrade goes through, the weapon carries the name Tianmiao · Wild Oriole, and the token and the 5,000 Remnant Dust are spent.
