Practical Basketball: How to Get Clothes in the Plaza

Clothing and character customization in Practical Basketball do not live inside a match. Everything is bought in the Plaza, a social server that holds the game’s two customization shops. Once you are there, dressing your player takes a few clicks at a shop counter.

Quick answer: Leave your current server, join the PLAZA through PLAY / PARTIES, walk into the NEW THREADS store, interact with the counter to open the shop menu, then select and buy an item with in-game cash.

Get to the Plaza server

The shops only exist in the Plaza, so the first task is loading into that server rather than a court or practice space.

Open the Tab Menu and choose PLAY / PARTIES. This is the same menu you use to jump between game modes.

Select PLAZA from the list. Your player will spawn on a street lined with buildings, including the two shops.

Walk down the street to find the storefronts. NEW THREADS handles clothing, while TOO GOOD TO DYE handles hair, facial hair, and shoe options.

Buy shirts, pants, and shoes at NEW THREADS

NEW THREADS is the main clothing store. It sells shirts, pants, shoes, hats, and glasses, all paid for with in-game cash.

Enter the NEW THREADS shop from the street and approach the counter.

Interact with the counter to open the shop menu. The menu is split into categories for Pants, Shirts, Shoes, Hats, and Glasses.

Pick a category and select an item to preview it on your player. Items like the ZO Muscle Shirt and the PRIDE Quarter-Zip Jacket appear here alongside pants and shorts.

Confirm the purchase to spend the listed cash and equip the item.

Most everyday shirts and pants sit in the $500 to $650 range, while a handful of premium pieces and shoes run far higher.

Change hair, facial hair, and shoes at TOO GOOD TO DYE

TOO GOOD TO DYE sits just up the street from NEW THREADS and covers the parts of your look that clothing does not. It sells hair, facial hair, and shoe options.

Enter the shop from the Plaza, open its menu, and browse the Hair, FacialHair, and Shoes tabs. Hairstyles such as 6 Stitch Cornrows are priced around $500, and you buy them the same way you buy clothing, by selecting the item and confirming the cost in cash.

Confirm the purchase worked

A successful buy does two things. Your cash total drops by the item’s listed price, and the piece appears on your player in the preview and on the court. If nothing changes after selecting an item, the most common reason is not having enough in-game cash for that price, so check the amount before trying a premium item like the Zornicles shoes.

Because clothing lives entirely in the Plaza shops, you can return there any time to swap looks, upgrade to a pricier jacket, or match a new hairstyle to your build.
