Roll Your Height runs on one simple loop. You roll for height with dice, build physical stats in the gym to raise your strength, and fight opponents in the Arena boxing ring to earn cash. That cash then pays for skill tree upgrades, shop items, and rebirths. Knowing where to spend your first few thousand cash and how to train without stalling is what separates a slow start from a fast one.
Quick answer: Claim +150 Strength and +600 Cash from Free Rewards, farm Feather Fists in the Arena for cash, then buy Luck I, Cash I, and Golden Dice in the upgrade tree while training Legs, Arms, and Back at the Beginner Gym.
Claim free strength and cash first
Before you roll or train anything, open the Free Rewards button on the HUD. The menu has three requirements: like the game, join the community, and claim your rewards. Joining the Some Hyper Games group and liking the experience unlocks an instant payout.
Claiming gives you +150 Strength and +600 Cash straight away. That strength is a large head start toward your first rebirth, and the cash covers your earliest upgrade purchases without any grinding.

Add to Google Preferences →Farm cash fast with Feather Fists in the Arena
Enter the Arena through the lobby’s blue portal marked “Arena.” Inside the boxing ring, click the left mouse button (M1) to punch and press F to block. Win a fight to earn cash and a chance to get a Potion and a Belt.

The first opponent, Feather Fists (Atomweight), needs only 100 cm height and 5 Strength to challenge. Each win pays roughly $150 to $700, which makes it the most efficient early cash source. Keep selecting Rematch after each victory to farm cash in a loop.

To face the next opponent, Bacon Hair (Vaporweight), build your height to 105 cm and Strength to 205 in every muscle group. A win pays $1,500. Keep training before challenging it so your stats meet those requirements.
| Opponent | Height | Strength | Cash reward |
|---|---|---|---|
| Feather Fists | 100 cm | 5 | $150–$700 |
| Bacon Hair | 105 cm | 205 (all groups) | $1,500 |
Best upgrades to buy in the skill tree
Open the upgrade tree through the Training node. Your first cash should go toward the upgrades that compound: better roll odds, more cash per fight, and the Golden Dice unlock. The Fighting tree matters too, since faster wins mean faster cash.

| Upgrade | Effect | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Luck I | +5% Luck Boost | 2.4K |
| Cash I | +10% Cash gain | 1.2K |
| Golden Dice | 6x Luck every 100 rolls | 4.2K |
| Roll Speed I | Rolls are 5% faster | 1.2K |
| Inventory | Unlock Inventory | 1.2K |
Prioritize Luck I and Cash I early, since one improves your rolls and the other speeds up every future purchase. Then unlock Golden Dice, which grants 6x luck automatically every 100 rolls. Inside the separate Fighting tree, level Punch, Punch Speed, Block, Ring Speed, and Resistance so Arena bouts finish quicker.
The Golden Dice shop item is locked until you buy the Golden Dice node in the tree, so unlock it here before trying to purchase dice from the Item Shop.
Train strength at the gym without wasting stamina
Strength comes from working out at the Beginner Gym. Each machine trains different muscle groups, and every rep drains your Stamina bar, which caps at 100. When stamina runs low, step off the machine and let it recharge back to full before continuing.

- Squat rack — trains 67% Legs, 33% Stamina
- Bicep curls — trains 100% Arms
- Pull-up bar — trains Arms and Back
Bacon Hair requires 205 Strength in every group, so rotate between all three machines rather than maxing one. Alternate workouts while resting stamina between sets to keep training without stalling.
Spend extra cash on auras and boosts
Two lobby shops turn spare cash into permanent and temporary gains. The Aura Shop sells color-coded auras that stack percentage multipliers onto Cash and Luck, while the Item Shop sells timed potions and special dice.
Auras scale with price. Raging Red gives +3% Cash and +5% Luck and is a cheap starter, climbing up to Whacky White at $250K. Buy the next aura you can afford once your core tree upgrades are in. In the Item Shop, Luck boosts run from 2x up to a 75x Rainbow Luck Boost, alongside Train Speed, Strength, and Stamina potions bought with in-game cash or Robux.
| Item | Effect | In-game cash |
|---|---|---|
| Luck Boost | 2x Luck for 10 min | 17.5K |
| Super Luck Boost | 8x Luck for 10 min | 95K |
| Strength Boost | 2x Strength per rep for 10 min | 300K |
| Stamina Boost | 2x Max Stamina for 10 min | 50K |
When to rebirth
A rebirth resets your current Cash and Strength, granting permanent multipliers in return. For the first rebirth, you need $100 Cash and 250 Strength; the Free Rewards payout and a brief gym session are enough to reach those amounts.

A rebirth grants 1.3x Luck, 1.5x Strength gain per rep, and +250 Cash. Training after rebirthing pays off more because the Strength boost applies to later workouts, quickly compensating for the reset if you rebirth early. To keep your existing stats, choose Keep Stats from the menu for 99 Robux.
A standard rebirth wipes your Cash and Strength, so spend down any cash you are saving before you confirm it.
You will know everything worked when the Free Rewards claim adds the strength and cash to your totals, each Arena win shows a Victory screen with your payout, and the Rebirth menu requirement counters turn green once you meet the thresholds. From there the loop repeats: roll, train, fight, upgrade, and rebirth to climb higher each cycle.
