St. Amelia Medical Center is stuffed with pill bottles, vials and syringes that do absolutely nothing. During The Patient chapter, after the X-ray sequence, Dr. Glenn reads out a drug order over the intercom, and only three pickups in the entire building count toward it: Hydroxalene 3mg, Tensobromide 11mg, and Dextracylate 2.5mg. Everything else you can pick up is dressing.
Quick answer: In the Pharmacy Store, take Tensobromide from the green box; then use keypad code 2605 to enter the Records Room and collect Hydroxalene. Finally, go one floor up and draw Dextracylate from the pump in Bay 6.

Ground floor pickups: Pharmacy Store and Records Room
Two of the three syringes are on the same level as the operating room, so clear both before you touch the stairwell. The intercom keeps nagging at you, but nothing in the chapter is on a timer.
Tensobromide 11mg location (Pharmacy Store)
The Pharmacy Store is the closest collection point to the Surgery room, sitting on the Victoria Ward ground floor near the save phone. Look for the door directly opposite Consult Room C, right next to the Treatment Room.
Skip the cabinets. The syringe is sitting in the open green first aid box on the counter, and interacting with it drops the 11mg dose straight into your inventory.
Hydroxalene 3mg location and the Records Room code
The Records Room is on the same floor as the patient, tucked into the northwest corner at the end of the gloomy Chapman Ward corridor lined with gurneys. The only thing standing between you and the Hydroxalene is a four-digit keypad on the door.
The code is 2605. In-game you find it on a note upstairs in the Office, in its northwest corner near the Private Ward, but the keypad accepts the number whether or not you have read the note.
Search the tall grey metal cabinet in the room and open the green first aid case resting on its shelf. You will find the Hydroxalene 3mg syringe inside, with the pickup prompt appearing as soon as you collect it.
If you want the code logged in your journal rather than typed in blind, duck into the upstairs Office for the note while you are up there for the third syringe.
Dextracylate 2.5mg location in Bay 6 upstairs
Go upstairs through the stairwell to Chapman Ward First Floor, then use the signs to reach Bay 6 across from the Office. The syringe is sitting there without a box around it.
Walk to the bank of pumps beside the hospital bed and interact with the medicine dispenser to the left of it. Zoe pulls the 2.5mg Dextracylate syringe out of the machine.
Pump rates for the 88 kg patient in the Surgery room
Return with the three syringes to Surgery while Dr. Glenn continues speaking with Nurse Ellis. You cannot determine the doses by guesswork: they are based on the patient’s weight. The whiteboard next to the bed gives that weight as 88 kg, so use the third column of the Medication Dosage Table for all three required values.

How to confirm the dosing sequence worked
The sequence is complete when the chapter replaces the dosage requests with a phone number. If nothing changes after inserting the third dose, a rate still needs confirmation; circle the bed and inspect every dispenser again.
That phone call is what powers up the elevator and sends Zoe down to Storage for the Medical Incubation Kit, which is where The Patient picks up again.
