Tensobromide 11mg location: Pharmacy Store
Pharmacy Store is the nearest of the three collection points to the Surgery room. On the Victoria Ward ground floor, near the save phone, find it opposite Consult Room C and immediately beside the Treatment Room.
Once inside, the syringe is not hidden in a cabinet. It is in the green first aid box sitting on the counter. Open it, take the syringe, and the 11mg dose of Tensobromide goes straight into your inventory.
Hydroxalene 3mg location: Records Room (code 2605)
The Records Room sits in the northwest corner of the same floor as the patient, at the end of the dim Chapman Ward corridor lined with gurneys. Its door is on a four-digit keypad, which is the only real obstacle between you and the Hydroxalene.
The Records Room accepts 2605. To discover that number in-game, go upstairs to the Office and check its northwest corner near the Private Ward for the note. You can enter the code without reading the note and receive the same result.
Inside, open the metal storage cabinet and then the green first aid case on the shelf. The Hydroxalene 3mg syringe is in there, and a collection prompt confirms it the moment you take it.
Dextracylate 2.5mg location: Bay 6 upstairs
The last dose is one floor up. Take the stairwell to Chapman Ward First Floor and follow the signage to Bay 6, which sits across the corridor from the Office where the Records Room note is kept.
There is no box for this one. Interact with the medicine dispenser to the left of the hospital bed, among the pumps beside the patient, and Zoe pulls the 2.5mg Dextracylate syringe from the machine.
The upstairs Office is right there, so it is worth ducking in for the note if you want the code documented in your journal rather than typed in cold.
Confirming the doses back in the Surgery room
Carry all three syringes back down to the Surgery room, where Dr. Glenn is still talking to Nurse Ellis. Use the computer to open the Medication Dosage Table, then check the whiteboard beside the bed. The patient weighs 88 kg, which means every number you need comes from the third column of that table.
Slot each syringe into one of the dispensers ringing the bed, press set rate, enter the value, then press ready pump. The rates are 7 for Hydroxalene, 8 for Tensobromide, and 15 for Dextracylate.
