Genshin Impact DPS Tier List: Best Meta Teams for Version 7.0, Ranked

The ten strongest damage carries in Version 7.0, with their sharpest team lineups and average DPS after Odette reshaped the meta.

The ten strongest damage carries in Version 7.0, with their sharpest team lineups and average DPS after Odette reshaped the meta.

Odette’s arrival in Version 7.0 pulled the whole damage meta sideways. Her kit introduced Stellar Reactions such as Stellar Swirl and Stellar Conduct, which quietly buffed a batch of older carries and opened the door to high-output, budget-friendly lineups. The result is a top ten that mixes fresh faces with characters that suddenly matter again.

Quick answer: Sandrone is the current number one DPS because she can trigger Stellar Conduct on her own, hitting 156.9k average even without Odette on the team.

Version 7.0 DPS ranking, from 10 to 1

Each entry lists the carry’s element, its highest-performing team, and the average DPS that team produces. Damage figures assume the noted constellations and weapon setups.

How this was ranked: placements weigh average DPS output, how much a team depends on rare units, and how well each carry fits into Stellar Reaction setups. This reflects the Version 7.0 meta as it stands after Odette’s release.

The carries defining the top of the board

Sandrone takes first place on flexibility, not raw numbers. Because she can proc Stellar Conduct by herself, she keeps performing even when Odette sits on the bench, holding 156.9k with Yae Miko, Qiqi, and Nicole. That independence is what pushes her past bigger scorers.

Wriothesley lands second thanks to a heavy buff from Odette and Stellar Reactions. His C1 form paired with Yae Miko, Odette, and Nicole reaches 166.9k, turning a formerly niche pick into a front-line threat.

Zibai posts the highest single figure in the ranking at 176.3k, staying the strongest Lunar DPS with Columbina, Illuga at C6, and Linnea behind her. Cryo Traveler is close behind at 174.1k, leaning on the Traveler’s Path weapon and a Stellar Conduct core of Qiqi, Yae Miko, and Odette at C6.

Strong mid-tier picks: Cyno, Mizuki, Mavuika

Cyno is the best Electro DPS in Version 7.0, back in the conversation through Stellar Conduct. Alongside Yae Miko, Odette, and Nicole he averages 161.1k, a clear rebound for a character who had drifted out of favor.

Mizuki is the standout value pick. Her Anemo driver Stellar Swirl team reaches 167.5k using largely free-to-get characters, with Sucrose at C6, Odette, and the Traveler at C6 filling the roster. Mavuika sits just above her on ceiling, topping out near 180k as the strongest Pyro DPS, though that number needs advanced combos to reach.

The lower entries: Nefer, Varka, Flins

Nefer is the strongest Dendro DPS through Lunar-Bloom, reaching 150.7k with Columbina, Lauma, and Nahida. The catch is her reliance on both Lauma and Columbina; drop them and her alternative builds fall to 109k and 84k, which is why she settles at eighth.

Varka slots in at ninth as an Anemo carry with room to adjust. His premium team of Prune, Durin, and Nicole hits 146.1k, and he can flex between double Hydro or double Cryo support depending on what you own.

Flins rounds out the list at tenth. He is a Lunar-restricted Electro DPS who leans heavily on Ineffa, and with Columbina and Sucrose alongside her he averages 145k. Capable, but boxed in by how tightly his kit ties to one enabler.

The through-line here is Odette. Nearly every top team either runs her directly or benefits from the Stellar Reactions she brought in, and the one exception, Sandrone, earns her crown precisely because she does not need Odette to keep pace. If you are chasing the biggest raw ceiling, Zibai and Mavuika lead. If you want the most reliable engine, Sandrone is the safer investment, and Mizuki proves you can climb the ladder without a five-star-heavy roster.
