Where Winds Meet: Divine Travel Exploration Quest Walkthrough

The Divine Travel exploration quest is a short timed challenge in the Hidden Mountain region of Where Winds Meet. It centers on a delivery race set up by the NPC Shen Xing, who dares you to carry tofu to a clifftop before the clock runs out. Everything happens in one spot, so it takes only a couple of minutes once you know the route.

Quick answer: Talk to Shen Xing near Heaven’s Threshold, take the tofu, start the trial, then climb straight up the rocky cliffside to reach the top within the 30-second limit.

Where to start Divine Travel

Head to the mountain area around Heaven’s Threshold in the Hidden Mountain map. The quest marker sits near the Ascendant Peak and Wekin Way area, close to where the exploration percentage for the region climbs. Shen Xing waits at the base of the cliff, and approaching him is enough to trigger the encounter.

How to complete the clifftop race

Speak with Shen Xing to accept the objective “Ask Shen Xing what happened.” This opens the delivery challenge and sets up the race conditions.

Talk to Shen Xing again to begin the trial. The 30-second countdown starts as soon as the race is confirmed, so be ready to move.

Climb the rocky cliffside directly instead of taking a longer route around. Going straight up the face is the fastest way to the top and keeps you comfortably inside the time limit.

Reach the clifftop to beat Shen Xing and finish the run. The “Divine Travel Success” prompt confirms the delivery, and you can then claim the rewards.

Common reasons the race fails

The most frequent slip-up is missing the 30-second window by circling around the base instead of climbing the cliff face head-on. If the timer expires before you reach the top, the trial resets and you simply talk to Shen Xing again to retry. Keep your stamina topped up before starting so you can climb without pausing, and aim your ascent at the shortest vertical line to the platform.
