The 229 update in Find the Brainrot drops a batch of new collectibles that are almost all clustered around one place: a hidden forest area reached through a portal behind the Index stand. Six of them have clean, repeatable routes, one is a timed maze that only opens when a toilet starts glowing, and one new room is currently broken on arrival.
Quick answer: Click the mailbox near spawn to get Gub, then climb the ladder behind the Index stand and enter the portal to the forest. There you click the red apple (Appelini), the blue berry on the picnic table (Berryno), drop into the crevice on the green tower (Strawberrita), parkour the treetops to the yellow banana (Bananito), and enter code 49 on the tower keypad (Los Fruits).

Add to Google Preferences →Gub: The mailbox room next to spawn
Gub is the one pickup you do not need to leave the starting area for. From the spawn pad, walk over to the mailbox and click it. You get teleported into a small blue room where the NPC greets you with “Im a mailman.”, and Gub is waiting there. Grab it and you are done — there is no puzzle, timer, or parkour involved.

How to reach the forest area
Everything else in this update lives behind one entrance. Go to the Index stand, walk around the back of it, and climb the ladder. At the top there is a portal — step through it and you land in the forest map with the green block tower in the middle. The NPCs in here nudge you with prompts like “Find the Apple.”, “Find the Strawberry.” and “Find the Banana.”, which is effectively your checklist.

Appelini and Berryno: The two fruit clicks
Note: These fruit interactions are also what the NPC asking “Did you find all the fruits?” is tracking, so clear them before you attempt the keypad later.
Strawberrita and Bananito: Climbing the green tower

Los Fruits: Solving the tree equations for code 49
The last forest pickup is behind a keypad on the green tower. The code comes from the equations written on the trees around the area, which resolve to 1 = 4, 2 = 9 and 3 = 0. Reading them in order gives you the two digits you need.
Type 49 into the keypad on the tower and the door opens onto Los Fruits. If the keypad does not accept the code, make sure you have already collected the apple, strawberry and banana pickups first — the NPC dialogue in the area ties this room to finishing the fruit hunt.
Skibidi Toilet: The glowing toilet maze
This one is on a timer rather than a route. A toilet on the map glows every three random minutes, and the in-game warning spells it out: “this toilet glows every 3 random minutes, be careful.” Stand near it and wait for the glow to trigger.
Once it lights up, clicking it sends you into a maze with a hard 10-second limit to finish. If you run out of time you get kicked back out and have to wait for the next glow cycle, so scout the entrance before you commit.
The Difference Room is broken
The update also added a Difference Room, which is meant to give you 30 seconds to memorize a scene before teleporting you and giving you one minute to spot what changed. In practice, entering the room triggers a “GAME OVER” screen right away, so the challenge cannot be completed at the moment.
There is no workaround for this — it is a bug on the room itself, not something you are doing wrong. Skip it and finish the other seven, then check back after the developers push a fix.
How to confirm your new Brainrots registered
Open the Brainrot Index and check the counter at the top. Each pickup bumps your total and flips the character from locked to unlocked in the list, so you can compare against the six named entries above to see exactly which one you missed. Anything still greyed out means the click or teleport did not register and you need to go back to that spot.

Because the fruit pickups are all simple clicks, the whole forest run takes only a few minutes once you know the portal is behind the Index stand. The glowing toilet is the only part that forces you to wait, and the Difference Room is the one entry you cannot complete until it is patched.
