Clear all three Telambang missions and win the Omega Red boss fight with exact controls and combat cues.

Telambang is the opening chapter of Marvel’s Wolverine, and it doubles as the game’s tutorial. It runs across three missions, Back in Action, A Debt Repaid, and Last Meal, as Team X pushes into a Trask compound to rescue Nathaniel Essex. The route is linear, but the fights ramp up quickly and finish with your first boss.
Quick answer: Fight through the camp and fake town, drop into the sewers, break the mutant inhibitors to survive Trask’s ambush, reach Essex, then beat Omega Red by parrying his tentacles with L1 to stagger him before you close in.
Push the left stick forward and press Triangle to leap onto the first enemy, then Square to shred the next. Hold the left stick forward with R2 to sprint toward the group ahead.
Follow the combat tutorial. Use L1 to parry and Square for a barrage. When a soldier in the distance opens fire, hold Circle while moving to dodge and rush him, then kill him.
After the Omega Red cutscene, you start on a cliff edge with an enemy below. Press Square for a stealth takedown, then sneak through the grass toward the fire in the distance, which marks the chopper crash site.
A truck of soldiers arrives. Defeat them for a Sabretooth cutscene, then survive the Trask ambush that follows. Press L2+Square for the Tornado Spin to send them flying, wipe out the rest, and press R3 for a waypoint hint.
Reavers ambush you here. Parry and stagger them to open them up for a combo, since blocking alone will not break their guard. Clear them all, then climb the watchtower at the edge of the area.

In the sewers, use Enhanced Senses to follow the blue scent trail to a wall, then climb it to the next floor. Walk past the pile of bodies to find two soldiers.
Take out the first soldier with a stealth takedown and finish the second in regular combat. Climb the wall in front of them to reach the grate and leave the sewers.
A cutscene surrounds you with Trask soldiers before Mystique steps in. Follow Mystique through the lab and fight off the soldiers along the way, then head upstairs for another fight.
Once the upstairs floor is clear, you can inspect the blue terminal for notes. Follow the white lights to the gate at the end of the room. Mystique unlocks it, and a cutscene sees Trask trap you.
Inside the chamber, use the Tornado Spin to stun Trask’s men, then rush the orange lights in the corners of the room. Those lights are weakening you, so destroy all of them before finishing the trapped soldiers.
Follow Mystique through the facility. While she works a computer, defend her and prioritize the gunman on the far side of the room. Once he is down, the rest fall quickly.
Answer Mystique’s call to the computer for a cutscene where Trask shoots Essex. When it ends, rush across the balcony ahead to reach the leader before he bleeds out.
Race through the fake town to the large white building in the background. Slide through the gate when Sabretooth opens it, then fight into a red hall where two soldiers lob grenades. Spam dodge to close the gap and kill them.
Clear the next chamber to unlock the path. The corridor beyond is lined with the orange lights again, so Thrust Kick enemies into them to destroy the lights, then finish the soldiers with your claws. Essex is in the next room, triggering a cutscene.
Once Essex can walk, go through the hole in the wall and break the yellow barrier ahead. In the red room, destroy the Mutant Detectors to open the door and leave the prison.
Out in the streets, cut through the soldiers and rush the chopper for a cutscene. Omega Red pulls Essex out of the chopper, which starts the boss fight.

Mission 3: Last Meal – Omega Red boss fight
Omega Red hits from range with his tentacles while Logan has to get in close, so the fight is a rhythm of parry, stagger, and strike. Watch the stagger bar under his health bar, and heal whenever your own meter fills by pressing L2 then Square.
Omega Red attack patterns
Attack
Pattern
Response
3-hit combo
Left strike, right strike, vertical slam
Parry each hit with L1
6-hit combo
3-hit combo plus a slam, a right swipe, and an unblockable double chain
Parry, then dodge the final double chain
Object toss
Jumps across the arena to grab and throw an object
Dodge before it lands
First phase
Parry his tentacle strikes with L1 as he leads with a left, then a right, then a downward slam. Each successful parry builds his stagger bar. Once he is dazed, close the distance and unleash a barrage.
Do not attack before he is staggered, or he shields himself with his tentacles. Standing too close makes him glow red for a moment before a heavy tentacle attack, so use that tell to back off. Dodge any thrown objects, since even small chip damage adds up here.
After you drop him, a cutscene shows Omega Red draining Logan’s life force to heal. Logan breaks free by stabbing himself and is thrown outside, setting up the second phase.

Second phase
Keep the same parry-and-stagger loop. If he grabs you, break out with the quick-time event, but try to avoid the grab entirely because it lets him heal off the damage you have dealt.
At about half health, a cutscene has him hurl a piece of airplane wreckage, leading into the final stretch. Parry with L1, heal with L2 when you take too much damage, and stay clear of his tentacles.
Punish only the openings after a stagger or a whiffed attack. Trading blows at range plays into his strengths and burns through your health meter.

Bring him down and a final set of quick-time events plays out, with Logan tearing off his tentacles. As you collect a sample for Essex, the Reavers arrive, and Mystique and Sabretooth step in to end the encounter. Beating Omega Red completes the Last Meal mission and finishes the Telambang chapter, moving the story on to Canada.
