Mission 6 of Marvel’s Wolverine drops Logan into the snow outside a Trask refinery in Canada, and it is one of the first missions where the collectible route runs straight through heavy combat. Six pickups are tucked along the path, and one mission-specific trophy hides in the smelting room.
Quick answer: Raise Some Hell contains six collectibles — four Material Crates, one Whisky Bottle and one Nightmare Door. Nothing is missable, and the Recycled trophy pops when you kick a shielded Reaver into the molten metal vat.
Raise Some Hell collectible checklist (in route order)
The mission splits into two objectives, and the collectibles sit neatly on either side of the split. Everything before the refinery falls under “Get to the refinery to find the mutants,” and everything after the Hot Claws sequence falls under “Track the captured mutants.”
| # | Type | Name | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Material Crate | Forest crate | Snowy valley ledge, sniper section |
| 2 | Material Crate | Stream crate | End of the frozen stream path |
| 3 | Material Crate | Yard crate | Back corner of the run-down building |
| 4 | Nightmare Door | Hunting the Hunter | Container yard, between yellow containers |
| 5 | Material Crate | Truck crate | Back of the truck by the crane |
| 6 | Whisky Bottle | Cold Lake | Break room behind a kickable door |
Each Material Crate awards +50 Materials, which feed suit crafting and, in turn, Logan’s permanent health upgrades. The Whisky Bottle counts toward Adaptation progress, and the Nightmare Door counts toward both the discovery and hidden memory trophies.

Both crates sit inside sniper sightlines, so break line of sight in the tall grass or use the tree branches above the valley if you keep getting picked off mid-run.
Material Crate 3 inside the facility grounds
Once Logan smashes through the yellow double doors into the run-down building, resist the objective marker for a minute. Climb the ledge inside, cross the stacked shipping containers, and drop down on the far side into the cargo yard section.
Sweep the back corner of the area, behind the huts and trailers. The third crate sits against the side of the building next to a cluster of barrels, usually within sight of a blue glowing XP cache worth smashing on the way past.
How to unlock the Recycled trophy in the smelting room
Recycled asks you to “defeat” a Reaver using molten metal, and the smelting room built around a huge circular vat is the only place in the mission set up for it. The story already throws one Reaver into the steel during a scripted beat, but the trophy wants you to do it yourself.
Standing on the wrong side of the railing while you set up the kick is an easy way to fall into the vat yourself, which restarts the fight from the last checkpoint.
Nightmare Door: Hunting the Hunter
After the Hot Claws tutorial, Logan heads back outside into the shipping container yard and purple roots start crawling across the ground. Follow them through the containers — the door itself glows purple and sits between two yellow crates in the central outdoor area.
The trial inside is a combat objective: kill three Reaver Snipers scattered on raised rock ledges in a foggy forest. They tag you with red laser sights from range, so charge the closest one rather than trading shots, and use the ledges to close distance quickly.
Ratings are purely time-based, and the tiers each hand out an Ability Point:
- Adamantium — finish in under 45 seconds, +1 AP
- Gold — under 50 seconds, +1 AP
- Silver — under 60 seconds, +1 AP
- Bronze — 60 seconds or more, +1 AP
Bronze is enough to register the trial as completed for collectible purposes, and you only need the Adamantium rating on a single trial across the whole game. Hunting the Hunter is a reasonable one to bank it on, since a clean run lands in the mid-20-second range.
Before you leave the trial, cut the glowing purple roots to free the memory. That step is separate from clearing the combat objective and is what counts toward the hidden memory trophy.
The last crate and the Cold Lake Whisky Bottle
You exit the Nightmare Door back into the same container yard, and both remaining pickups are within a short walk of the portal. Head for the construction crane and look at the truck parked at its base — climbing into the open rear of that truck gets you the fourth and final Material Crate.
For the bottle, trigger Enhanced Senses and follow the blue scent trail across the yard. It leads toward a locked door with an open window above it, and from that spot, turning left picks up a second trail heading to a door you can kick straight off its hinges.

Inside is the break room, complete with smashable tables and chairs. The Cold Lake Whisky Bottle sits on the green machine unit against the wall, and picking it up throws a “New Collectible” banner on screen.
How to confirm the mission is fully cleared
Open the pause menu and check the collectible tracker before the story pulls you into the next area. The finished state for this mission reads four Material Crates, one Whisky Bottle and one Nightmare Door. If a counter is short by one, the table above tells you which objective phase the missing item belongs to.
Nothing here is permanently missable. Mission Replay unlocks after the second Nightmare Door in the campaign, and from then on you can sleep in the bed inside the Nightmare Cabin to jump back into Raise Some Hell. Anything you already picked up stays collected, so a cleanup run only needs to grab the outstanding item and quit out.
That makes this mission safe to rush on a first playthrough if you would rather keep the pace up. The one thing worth doing in the moment is the kick into the molten vat, purely because the shielded Reaver and the pit lining up so conveniently is rarer than the collectibles are.
