The Omniscient Spinecaster caps Fisch’s FischFright 3 ritual chain. Added in the October 17, 2026 update, this Halloween rod is available for a limited time; its dark bones form an arch, lined with sharp ridges that shine cyan-white. It isn’t sold: at the ritual grounds in Caustic Hallow, complete every preceding ritual and then turn in a stack of mutated fish and event items to claim it.
Quick answer: Reach Hex Stage V (1,000 Hex Energy), clear the nine earlier rituals, awaken all five Skeletal Hands, submit the 12 Omniscient Ritual offerings, then spend 100 Treats to finish it.

Omniscient Ritual unlock requirements
The Omniscient Ritual is listed in the Rituals menu, which you open by talking to the Frankenstein NPC at the ritual grounds. It stays locked until you meet three conditions:
- Complete the Eldritch Ritual, which means clearing every ritual above it first
- Reach Hex Stage V at Beatrix’s Cauldron
- Awaken all five Skeletal Hands around the ritual area
Each Skeletal Hand has its own conditions before the awaken prompt appears. The items tied to awakening hands across the two ritual rods are the Dark Art Skull, Ethereal Rose, Fable Rose, Gourdman’s Rose, and Davy’s Rose. Davy’s Rose costs 5,000 Treats from the Dutchman Merchant, and each player can buy only one.

Add to Google Preferences →Hex Energy needed for Hex Stage V
Hex Stage V takes 1,000 Hex Energy. You earn it by offering Witch’s Ingredients to Beatrix’s Cauldron near Beatrix’s tree in Caustic Hallow. Use “Offer Ingredient” for one item or “Offer All Ingredients” to dump your whole supply. A running total appears after every offering.
| Ingredient | Hex Energy |
|---|---|
| Dirty Candy Corn | +1 |
| Strange Root | +2 |
| Crushed Bone | +2 |
| Spider Eye | +3 |
| Giant Mushroom | +3 |
| Raven Feather | +4 |
| Bat Wing | +4 |
| Dark Art Skull | +5 |
The Dark Art Skull is also one of the Omniscient Ritual offerings, so keep at least one before you empty your inventory into the cauldron.

Ritual order before the Omniscient Ritual
Rituals unlock from the top of the menu down, and each one costs 100 Treats to begin. The Omniscient Ritual comes 10th, so nine rituals stand in front of it. Plan on spending 10,000 Treats or more across the whole Omniscient chain.
| Order | Ritual |
|---|---|
| 1 | Hexing Ritual |
| 2 | Scary Relic Ritual |
| 3 | Haunted Ritual |
| 4 | Jack-o-Moon Ritual |
| 5 | Boglin Ritual |
| 6 | Dutchman’s Blessing Ritual |
| 7 | Enhanced Boglin Ritual |
| 8 | Haunted Cemetery Ritual |
| 9 | Eldritch Ritual |
| 10 | Omniscient Ritual |
The first ritual sometimes appears as the Vexing Ritual instead of the Hexing Ritual. Either way, it’s the top entry in the menu.

Omniscient Ritual offerings
The ritual takes 12 offerings split between the Jack-o-lanterns and the Skeletal Hands. Most are Jagged Bone fish, and each one needs a specific mutation, so check the mutation tag on every catch before you set it aside.
| Offering | Submitted to |
|---|---|
| Grim mutated Jagged Bone | Jack-o-lanterns |
| Vile mutated Jagged Bone | Jack-o-lanterns |
| Doomed mutated Jagged Bone | Jack-o-lanterns |
| Eldritch mutated Jagged Bone | Jack-o-lanterns |
| Zombie Nessie | Jack-o-lanterns |
| Plush Nessie | Jack-o-lanterns |
| Dark Art Skull | Jack-o-lanterns |
| Boglin mutated Jagged Bone | Skeletal Hands |
| Doomsekkar mutated Jagged Bone | Skeletal Hands |
| Dutchman’s Curse mutated Jagged Bone | Skeletal Hands |
| Omniscient Souls | Skeletal Hands |
| Omniscient Bone | Skeletal Hands |
The Boglin mutated Jagged Bone can’t be Shiny or Sparkling. The ritual rejects those variants, so you need a plain Boglin mutation for that slot.

How to complete the Omniscient Ritual
You’ll know it worked when the submitted items disappear from the ritual slots and the Omniscient Spinecaster appears in your rods. Every fish, bone, and skull you offered is used up for good.

Omniscient Spinecaster stats and passive
| Stat | Value |
|---|---|
| Lure Speed | 120% |
| Luck | 300% |
| Control | 0.05 |
| Resilience | 30% |
| Max kg | Infinite |
| Progress Speed | +50% |
Luck and the unlimited weight cap are where this rod pulls ahead. Its control is very low, though, so tight catches on heavy fish are hard without enchants that raise control or slow the fish down.
The passive switches between two forms. Offensive Form gives you more progress from crow attacks, but your catch rate is slower and your pulls are weaker. Defensive Form flips that trade, with more frequent catches and stronger pulls in exchange for less progress from crow attacks.
The rod is limited to the FischFright 3 event, so lock in your mutated Jagged Bones and save up Treats while the Halloween content is still live.
