How to farm Sugar Cane at your base
You can grow your own supply so you don’t have to keep returning to the Nomad Highlands. At a Seedbed, combine 1 Sugar Cane, 1 Farm Soil and 1 Water to make a Sugar Cane Seedling, then plant the seedling at your base.

Both items boost stamina regeneration when eaten, and Sugar is the stronger of the two. Its item text reads: “The sugar rush powers your stamina regeneration for a short amount of time.”
