Pot Locations card listing the six Pots

Final Fantasy Resonance has six Pot enemies, and each one shows up in two places, for 12 Pot battles across the story. Five of the six can drop an Elixir.

Quick answer: The first Pot is the Citrine Pot on the third floor of Siren’s Tower (Chapter 1). The Viridian Pot waits in the Wind Shrine (Chapter 2) and Water Shrine (Chapter 3).

Each of the six Pots appears in two battle locations; its level and drops are the same at either location.

The six Pots and their levels.

Citrine Pot is Lv. 15, with an Elixir as its rare drop. You fight it in Siren’s Tower (third floor, Chapter 1) and again in Mobliz Shipyard (third floor, Chapter 2). If you are stuck at the door, here is how to get inside Siren’s Tower.

Viridian Pot is Lv. 22, with an Elixir as its rare drop. Its battles are in the Wind Shrine (Chapter 2) and on the first floor of the Water Shrine (Chapter 3).

Crimson Pot is Lv. 30. You find it in the Weapons Factory (Chapter 4) and on the second basement level of the Underground Tunnel.

At Lv. 36, Azure Pot has an Elixir for its rare drop. Its Chapter 5 battles are on the fourth floor of the Arcane Library and the first floor of the Tower of Mysidia.

Violet Pot is Lv. 42, with an Elixir as its rare drop. It sits in the Sanctissimus Shrine (Chapter 6) and on the second floor of the Research Center Ruins.

At Lv. 55, Pearly Pot has an Elixir for its rare drop. In Chapter 7, face it twice in the Crystal Tower.

The Elixir rare drop

The game’s description for the Elixir reads “Fully restores HP and MP.” Citrine, Viridian, Azure, Violet and Pearly Pot each have it as a rare drop, meaning five Pots out of six can yield one. For information on all the other foes and gear in the game, see the enemies list and the items list.

Rare drops aren’t awarded after every victory, so defeating a Pot isn’t a sure way to get an Elixir.

Which Pot to fight first

Pot levels increase as you reach locations later in the story, from Lv. 15 for Citrine Pot up to Lv. 55 for Pearly Pot. Siren’s Tower holds the sole Chapter 1 Pot, Citrine Pot, making it the earliest one available. Visit each subsequent Pot when the walkthrough takes you to its chapter; the last is Pearly Pot in Crystal Tower in Chapter 7.
