After Chapter 4 ends with “Defeat Lazarov on the Enterprise”, take the airship to Mysidia, the Magiapolis, a town in Mysidia, the Uncharted Land. You visit it during Chapter 5, Scars of Time.
Quick answer: Finish “Defeat Lazarov on the Enterprise” to start Chapter 5. Complete “Enter the airship’s interior”, and the next objective, “Find Mysidia”, takes you to town.
When you reach Mysidia
Mysidia is the first stop of Chapter 5, Scars of Time. Two names show up on screen, and they mean different things. Mysidia is the town itself. Mysidia, the Uncharted Land, is the whole region around it.

Chapter 5 opens on the airship, and the objectives run in this order:
- “Enter the airship’s interior”
- “Find Mysidia”
- “Go to Sakura’s house”
- “Go to the potion factory”
- “Go to the village of Sunioo”
- “Go to the Nameless Ruins”
- The Arcane Library, then later “Go to the Tower of Mysidia”
