The Hollow badge in PETAPETA comes from one run that follows a fixed order. You get a key, open a chest, take the ofuda, hide from the monster, and then place and activate the ofuda in the hallway. Green arrows on the floor lead you to each stop, so you never have to search the map.

Quick answer: Spawn in, take the key from the back of the marked room, open the chest for the ofuda, hide in the closet until the monster leaves, then place and activate the ofuda in the hallway.

The first part of the run is about collecting items. The arrow trail updates as you finish each objective. Once you have the key, it points somewhere new, so keep checking the floor after every pickup instead of heading off on your own.

Start PETAPETA and walk into a portal. You can play alone or with other people, because the portal can be used by one or more players. Wait for the game to load you into the level.
After you spawn, find the green arrows on the floor and follow them. They lead down the hallways to the room that holds the key. When you reach the room, open it to go inside.

Go all the way to the back of the room. The key is there, not near the door. Pick it up so it goes into your inventory.

With the key in hand, look at the floor again. The arrows now point to the chest. Follow them out of the room and back through the hallways.

The trail to the chest is longer than the first one and turns several times. Follow it at every corner. Follow the arrow to the chest.

Open the chest with the key. Take the ofuda from inside. It goes into your hotbar, and you will need it for the rest of the run.

Hiding from the monster and activating the ofuda

Taking the ofuda brings the monster in. Do not go straight to the hallway. Hide first, wait it out, and only then finish the objective.

As soon as you have the ofuda, get into the closet before the monster shows up. The game shows a prompt to hide in the closet when you open the chest. Act on it right away.
Stay in the closet while the monster passes through. Wait until it has fully gone before you step out. Leaving early puts you in its path while you are carrying the ofuda.
Once it is clear, leave the closet and carry the ofuda into the hallway. Keep it selected in your hotbar so you can place it right away. Put it down in the hallway.

After you place the ofuda, the objective changes to activating it. Walk up to the glowing ofuda on the floor and activate it. This is the last step of the run that earns the Hollow badge.

You will know you are at the right point when the objective list asks you to activate the ofuda and the ofuda glows on the floor in front of you. Activating it there finishes the sequence.
