Quick answer: Focus Pill is in a chest in Weeping Creek Valley near The Axemaster’s Holding Cell bell. At Lv 1 it reduces Sha-Chi consumption by 30% for 15 seconds and gradually restores 30% HP over the same duration.

Where to find Focus Pill

This healing medicine-slot item is classified as a remedy. In Phantom Blade Zero, look for it in a chest in the Weeping Creek Valley region, near The Axemaster’s Holding Cell bell.

  • Region: Weeping Creek Valley
  • Bell closest to the item: The Axemaster’s Holding Cell
  • How you get it: open the chest

Rest at The Axemaster’s Holding Cell bell before you head for the chest. If you die, you’ll respawn close by instead of far away. The chest’s pin is marked on the Weeping Creek Valley interactive map, and clicking it shows the details.

Focus Pill item card: Effect and description

Focus Pill does two things at once. It cuts the Sha-Chi you spend, including on Sha-Chi combos, and it heals you a little at a time. The Lv 1 effect line reads:

“Reduces Sha-Chi consumption by 30% for 15 seconds and gradually restores 30% HP over the same duration.”

The item description reads:

“Originally developed by the Mandate to calm restless Sha-Chi. Though it failed in its original purpose, it found another use: exciting one’s fighting spirit and maintaining their strength and focus.”

Focus Pill upgrades

Focus Pill upgrades from Lv 1 to Lv 7. Higher levels raise the Sha-Chi reduction to 40%, extend the duration to 20 seconds, increase healing to 50% HP, and add more uses. Each upgrade costs Remnant Dust.
