Quick answer: Everflow is a pickup in Pangzhen near the Well of Wei Sanchuan bell. At Lv 1 it restores 20% HP. When no uses remain, defeating any enemy restores 1 use.

Where to find Everflow

Everflow is a healing item equipped in one of your medicine slots. In Pangzhen, near the Well of Wei Sanchuan bell, you can earn it as a reward or find it out in the world.

  • Region: Pangzhen
  • Nearest bell: Well of Wei Sanchuan
  • How you get it: reward or pickup in the world

The interactive map under the quick answer marks Everflow with a pin, and clicking it shows the details. For the whole region, the Pangzhen interactive map lists every bell.

Before searching, rest at the Well of Wei Sanchuan bell. If you die, you will return near the remedy instead of to a distant part of the region.

Everflow item card

At Lv 1, the item card lists this effect:

“Restores 20% HP. When no uses remain, defeating any enemy restores 1 use.”

The description reads:

“Following the natural cycle of growth and decay, Xie Qiudong brewed this medicine from maple leaves in the fall. On use, the brew gathers the lingering Sha-Chi of the dead and condenses it back into liquid, ensuring that it never truly runs dry.”

Everflow upgrades

Everflow upgrades from Lv 1 to Lv 7. Each level raises the healing, the number of uses, or the Sha-Chi Combo damage bonus that kicks in after a use comes back.

LevelEffectUsesCost
Lv 2Restores 25% HP12,800 Remnant Dust
Lv 3Restores 25% HP; +15% Sha-Chi Combo damage for 5 seconds14,200 Remnant Dust
Lv 4Restores 25% HP; +15% Sha-Chi Combo damage for 5 seconds25,600 Remnant Dust
Lv 5Restores 30% HP; +15% Sha-Chi Combo damage for 5 seconds27,000 Remnant Dust
Lv 6Restores 30% HP; +25% Sha-Chi Combo damage for 5 seconds28,400 Remnant Dust
Lv 7Restores 30% HP; +25% Sha-Chi Combo damage for 5 seconds39,800 Remnant Dust

The refill mechanic works at every level: if your supply is empty, defeating any enemy adds 1 use. Starting at Lv 3, the damage bonus takes effect after you successfully regain a use. Upgrading Everflow from Lv 1 through Lv 7 requires 37,800 Remnant Dust altogether.

Remnant Dust alone won’t cover the cost; upgrades also need Healer’s Memory materials. The tiers are Apprentice through Lv. 2, Skilled for Lv. 2-4, and Master from Lv. 4 through max level. Quick Hand Zhang sells these materials. Xie Xiaorong, the healer in Pangzhen’s Green Serpent House, is the one who does the upgrades; how to upgrade medicine has the full cost of every level.

What it is good for

When Everflow has no uses left, defeating any enemy gives 1 use back, so it keeps refilling in areas with many enemies.

From Lv 3, every use restored this way also raises Sha-Chi Combo damage by 15% for 5 seconds, rising to 25% from Lv 6. If you lean on Sha-Chi Combos, that short window is extra damage on top of the heal, and it stacks with the other ways to increase damage in Phantom Blade Zero.

How to use it

You can equip two remedies simultaneously, with one assigned to each medicine slot. On PC, the default key for Lower Medicine is R, while Upper Medicine uses T. For a broader explanation of healing, read how to heal in Phantom Blade Zero; to choose an item for the other slot, consult the complete roster of 17 remedies and their locations.
