Quick answer: Inanis gives you Inanis’ Radiant Fan when you first arrive in the Mirage Estate and talk to her. She also gives you its Soul Temper material, the Violet Blossom.

How to get Inanis’ Radiant Fan

First, reach the Mirage Estate. You get there by progressing through The Heart’s Trail quest.

After you first arrive in the Mirage Estate, talk to Inanis. She hands you the fan. You know you have the right item when its card carries the line “An ornate war fan gifted by Inanis within the Realm of Mirage.”

The fan belongs to the Phantom Edge category and consumes Remnant Spark, the resource used by all Phantom Edges in Phantom Blade Zero.

Every art on the fan works through the field it creates. Four unlock as the weapon levels up, and Nirvana comes from Soul Tempering.

How to Soul Temper Inanis’ Radiant Fan

The Nirvana art needs the Violet Blossom. Inanis gives you this material in the Mirage Estate as well. Its card effect reads “Used to Soul Temper Inanis’s Radiant Fans.” and opens with “The violet blossom beside the window was her daughter’s favorite. But in late autumn that year, it began to wither.”

Take the fan, 1 Violet Blossom and 5,000 Remnant Dust to Myst in Pangzhen, then choose “Soul Temper”. The full process is covered in how to Soul Temper, and every material with the weapon it upgrades is in all Soul Tempering materials.

Is Inanis’ Radiant Fan worth using

The fan creates a sanctuary field, and everything it offers happens inside that space. Supreme Benediction raises Attack and Damage Reduction for you and your allies inside it. Quiet Malice makes enemies inside spend more Sha-Chi when they block. After Soul Tempering, Nirvana adds a revive at 30% HP when you take fatal damage inside the field, usable once until you touch a Bell or respawn, with other revival effects triggering first.

Inanis also leaves Inanis’ Memory Flowers across the world, and the fan sits alongside every other option in the full weapons list.
