Blox Fruits Halloween: Every Witch Potion Recipe and How to Summon the Great Pumpkin

The Witch crafts eight throwable potions from Pumpkin Bits and other materials, and she can brew the Great Pumpkin summon.

The Halloween event in Blox Fruits has a potion maker: the Witch. She mixes eight throwable potions, and she is also the one who brings out the Great Pumpkin. Each of those starts from its own line in her dialogue.

Quick answer: Use the pumpkin button under your compass to teleport to the event, then talk to the Witch. She crafts eight potions, and every recipe uses Pumpkin Bits. The Great Pumpkin costs 3 Cursed Pumpkin Seeds and 200 Pumpkin Bits.

How to reach the Witch and open her potion list

Click the pumpkin button below the compass on the left side of your HUD. The game shows “Teleporting to Event” and then a short “Teleporting in…” countdown inside a yellow beam. It places you next to a green swirling portal.

You arrive in a town decorated for Halloween, with pumpkins, cobwebs and bat statues around it. During the Harvest Moon the sky turns orange-red. The area is marked “Safe Zone – PvP disabled”, so other players can’t attack you while you sort out your recipes.

Walk a few steps from the portal to the stall with the “MISC.” sign. The Witch stands behind a table that holds a cauldron, candles and a crystal ball, and “Witch” appears above her head. Hover over her until “Interact” shows up, then click her.

She opens with “Ah, a fellow troublemaker!” Pick “I want to mix up some throwable potions!” from her three options. The other two are “I want to fight the Great Pumpkin.” and “Nevermind”.

A “Craft” panel opens with all eight potions. Click a potion to see its recipe. Click “Change Recipe” to go back to the list, or “Close” to leave the panel.

Every Witch potion recipe in Blox Fruits

The Witch calls these “throwable potions”. Each recipe makes one potion.

PotionRecipe
Big Head Elixir30 Pumpkin Bits
Disguise Elixir10 Pumpkin Bits + 1 Fish Tail
Lava Bomb Elixir60 Pumpkin Bits + 1 Gunpowder
Poltergeist Potion60 Pumpkin Bits + 2 Angel Wings
Soul Swap Potion1 Cursed Pumpkin Seed + 100 Pumpkin Bits
Monster Mash Elixir30 Ectoplasm + 10 Pumpkin Bits
Suspicious Growth Potion20 Pumpkin Bits + 1 Radioactive Material
Pumpkin Potion60 Pumpkin Bits + 1 Bones

Every recipe needs Pumpkin Bits, so stock up on those before anything else. The Big Head Elixir is the only potion that uses nothing but Pumpkin Bits. The Soul Swap Potion is the only one that takes a Cursed Pumpkin Seed, and the Great Pumpkin summon uses that same material.

How to summon the Great Pumpkin

Talk to the Witch again and pick “I want to fight the Great Pumpkin.” She replies “The Great Pumpkin?!” and then tells you what she needs:

“Bring me 3 Cursed Pumpkin Seeds and 200 Pumpkin Bits and I’ll brew a curse strong enough to drag him out of his slumber.”

The Witch replying The Great Pumpkin?! in Blox Fruits
"The Great Pumpkin?!" Her next line names the cost.

That makes the cost 3 Cursed Pumpkin Seeds and 200 Pumpkin Bits. If you also plan to craft a Soul Swap Potion, you need one more seed and another 100 Pumpkin Bits on top of that.

What the Craft panel does not tell you

  • Potion effects: the panel shows only each potion’s name, its materials and the amount it makes. There is no description of what a potion does, so this guide does not list effects.
  • Where the materials come from: we have not yet seen where Pumpkin Bits, Cursed Pumpkin Seeds or Ectoplasm drop, so they are not covered here.
  • Crafting and the fight: our character had none of the materials, so we have not crafted a potion or summoned the Great Pumpkin yet. Every count on the recipe screens read 0.

Eight: Big Head Elixir, Disguise Elixir, Lava Bomb Elixir, Poltergeist Potion, Soul Swap Potion, Monster Mash Elixir, Suspicious Growth Potion and Pumpkin Potion.

What is the Lava Bomb Elixir recipe?

60 Pumpkin Bits and 1 Gunpowder, crafted at the Witch in the Halloween event town.

How do you summon the Great Pumpkin?

Bring the Witch 3 Cursed Pumpkin Seeds and 200 Pumpkin Bits, then pick “I want to fight the Great Pumpkin.” in her dialogue.

The Craft panel does not say. The Witch only calls them throwable potions, and we have not thrown one yet.
