Night At The Orchard (searched most as “night at the orchard dti”) is one of the round themes in Dress To Impress on Roblox. The game gives only the name, so the reading here is ours: an autumn evening in an apple orchard, which points to apple reds, leaf greens, plaid and browns, plus something to light the way after dark. We built two looks in Freeplay Mode, a green plaid dress with a lantern and an apple picker in a red skirt, and took our own pictures of each step. Every piece, colour, material, face and pose used is free, so both work without VIP. For the other themes, see every Dress To Impress theme we have built.
Quick answer: Mix apple red, leaf green and brown plaid, and carry the free lantern for the night: the Halloween display’s denim dress in green with red plaid, or a white shirt with an apple-red skirt and brown tights.
Night At The Orchard outfit ideas in Dress To Impress
Dress To Impress shows no item names, so every piece here is described by where it sits, what it looks like and the exact spot we used on the Default palette (columns from the left, rows from the top), with the material we set. Both looks share the same face from the vanity and the same long straight hair in copper.
Look 1: Green plaid dress with a lantern
Our idea: a walk through the orchard after dark, in a leaf-green dress with red and brown plaid, lighting the way with a lantern. The dress and the lantern both come from the Halloween display in the Dressing Room hall.
The black top and black shorts that show now are the base body, not a piece. They cannot be taken off, only covered; the dress covers them in this look.

The finished look is a green denim dress cut over one shoulder with a single long sleeve, a red plaid bodice showing on the other side, a red plaid sash tied at the waist with a braided cream cord and a small green pumpkin charm, small cream stud details, and brown plaid ruffles along the uneven hem. The Denim material turns the dark green into a bright leaf or emerald green rather than a forest green. With the long auburn hair, the lantern held up beside the face and the smiling face, it reads as an evening walk through the trees.

Look 2: Apple-red skirt and white shirt
Our idea: an apple picker at dusk, in a white shirt with an apple-red skirt whose green panels flare like leaves. The shirt and skirt come from one stand on the short-dress shelf, and the tights from the left wall.
The black base top and shorts show again here; the shirt and skirt cover them.

The finished look is a white puff-sleeve shirt with thin red ribbon trims, a red ribbon round one sleeve and a red ribbon tied at the neck, a short apple-red skirt with green godet panels that come to leaf-like points at the hem, a brown beaded belt with a small red flower at the hip, brown tights and the long auburn hair. The cream Silk reads white on the runway, and the dark green godets read a fresh leaf green against the red.

From the back, the long auburn hair is worn half up with a small bun and falls almost to the skirt, with the green points showing at the hem.

Add to Google Preferences →Why these looks read as Night At The Orchard
Keep the colours to the orchard itself: apple red, leaf green and the browns of bark and baskets, with cream as the only light colour. Red and dark green side by side give the apple-and-leaf contrast at a glance, and plaid instantly says autumn, which is why the Halloween display’s denim dress works so well once its plaid parts are red and brown. The “night” half of the theme is the hardest to show, and a held lantern does it in one piece: it stays in the hand on the runway and is lifted high in the Confident pose. This is plain styling advice; we have not seen how either look scores in a real round. For a warmer daytime take on the same season, see our Harvest Festival outfit ideas.
How to recolour a piece and set its material
- Click the piece on its shelf or mannequin to open its colour panel. For a piece you already wear, click its picture in the Wearing panel instead.
- Pick the part with the arrows beside the part name (“1/6: Denim”, “2/6: Top & Ribbon Plaid” and so on). Each part takes its own colour and material.
- Set the material, such as Silk, Leather or Denim.
- Choose its colour on the Palette tab (the Default palette: columns are hues, rows run light to dark, and row 1 holds browns and tans). The Wheel tab next to it shows the colour’s HEX code.
- Repeat for every part, then press “Put On”. Colours set while the piece is previewing stay on it once you wear it.
To take a piece off, click the heart X under its picture in the Wearing panel.

Poses for Night At The Orchard
We used Confident for the lantern look and Daisy for the apple picker, both free under Solo in the Poses menu. For the full list with a picture of each, see every free pose in Dress To Impress.
Building it in Freeplay Mode first
Freeplay Mode has no timer, so it is the place to set every part’s colour and material without a round running out. The denim dress alone has six parts, and the shirt and skirt have seven between them, which is a lot to set in a hurry. Once a look works, you know which display, which shelf, which palette spots and which materials to go to when Night At The Orchard comes up in a real round. How a theme round works
We have not had Night At The Orchard as a round yet; this is from ordinary server rounds on other themes. On the main lobby, the theme shows in a banner at the top with a timer under it. After dressing, each player walks the runway in turn, about 7 seconds each, while the others vote with five stars along the bottom of the screen, with a “Voting complete!” banner between players. A “Results” card then ranks the players, followed by an “Intermission” countdown.
The “Pick Theme” button next to the intermission timer lets you choose the theme, but only with Theme Props. The panel reads “You have: 0 Theme Props” and offers a “Buy More” button priced at 75 Robux. We bought none and saw no free ones, so without Robux you wait for Night At The Orchard to roll.
What we have not checked
No round we joined rolled Night At The Orchard, so these looks have not walked a real round: there is no score, star count or vote for them. We found no apple, basket or other orchard prop to hold; the lantern was the only held item we used. The plaid in Look 1 is part of the Halloween display’s denim dress itself. Brown fringed boots were planned for the apple picker but not put on, so neither look has shoes. Both looks were built with 0 stars, and nothing was bought.
FAQ
What is Night At The Orchard in Dress To Impress?
The game gives only the theme’s name. We read it as an autumn evening in an apple orchard: apple reds, leaf greens, plaid and browns, with something such as a lantern to light the way after dark.
Can I do Night At The Orchard without VIP?
Yes. Both looks were built on an account with no VIP and 0 stars, and every piece, colour, material, face and pose used here worked on it, with no lock or price on any of them.
Where is the plaid dress in Dress To Impress?
It is on the Halloween display, the round podium with the twig arch in the Dressing Room hall: the mannequin in a blue denim dress with red plaid and a red bow. Click it from the side of the podium; its panel opens at “1/6: Denim”, and its two plaid parts, “2/6: Top & Ribbon Plaid” and “3/6: Ruffles Plaid”, take any colour.
Where is the lantern in Dress To Impress?
On the same Halloween display, on the small stand beside the podium steps. Click it, then click “Put On” at “1/4: Preview”. It is a free held item, and it stays in your hand on the runway and in poses.
Is there an apple or basket to hold?
We did not find one. The lantern was the only held item we used for this theme, and no apple, basket or other orchard prop showed up in the Dressing Room.
Which pose fits Night At The Orchard?
We used two free Solo poses: Confident, with one knee lifted and the lantern held high, for the plaid dress, and Daisy, with both arms raised over the head, for the apple picker.
