How to redeem codes

Launch Prism Runway Show on Roblox and wait until you’re in the lobby.

Open the code entry screen. Tap the Codes button at the bottom of the screen; if you don’t see it, tap the blue three-line menu in the top-right and select the Codes tab.

Click the “Enter Code Here!” field and type or paste a working code exactly as shown.

Press Redeem to claim your reward. The item is delivered instantly if the code is active.

If a new code shows invalid, leave and rejoin a server to ensure you’re on the latest version, then try again.

Why codes might not work

The code has expired and is no longer active.
Typos or extra spaces; codes are case-sensitive and must match exactly.
The code was already redeemed on your account.
The server/client isn’t updated; rejoin or restart the game and try again.
