Haze Seas is packed with NPCs — the characters scattered across every island who sell items, hand out quests, spawn bosses, upgrade your gear and unlock major systems. Knowing who does what (and where to find them) saves a huge amount of time. This guide breaks down the game’s most important NPCs by role, so you always know who to visit for your next upgrade.
Fruit & Progression NPCs
Cynthia: Fruit Dealer

Cynthia lets you spin for or buy Devil Fruits using in-game currency, Gems or Robux. A spin costs 125 Beli, 50 Gems or 250 Robux, and your daily spin limit scales with your account: 10 for regular players, 13 with Roblox Premium, 20 with the VIP gamepass, and 23 with both. Here are the spin odds:
| Rarity | Spin Chance |
|---|---|
| Common | 49.5% |
| Uncommon | 37.5% |
| Rare | 10% |
| Legendary | 2.5% |
| Mythical | 0.5% |
If you’re deciding which fruit to chase, see our full Devil Fruits guide and tier list for rankings.
Doc. White (Fruit Removal & Dual Swords)
Located at Logue City, Doc. White can remove your current fruit for 5 Gems or 25 Robux. He also sells the Dual Swords (2SS) for 100k, which begins the second sword-style progression path.
Fruit Archivist (Fruit Storage)

The Fruit Archivist lets you store powerful fruits instead of losing them when you switch — a key quality-of-life system for experimenting without regret. You can only store fruits that have reached 400 Mastery or higher, and equipping a stored fruit replaces your current one. Storage slots cost 1,000, 3,000 and 5,000 Gems for slots 1, 2 and 3.
Archivist of Bloodlines (Race Storage)
This NPC works like the Fruit Archivist but for races — it stores your current race so it stays safe even if you spin into another. You get one slot to start, with up to five total; each additional slot costs 1,000 Gems. Pair this with our Race guide and tier list to plan which races are worth keeping.
Race Engineer (Race V2)
The Race Engineer handles Race V2 obtainment, a quest that requires Level 2,200 to start. It’s the upgrade path for your starting race’s V1 bonuses into their stronger V2 forms.

Pirate Chroma (Haki Colors)
Pirate Chroma lets you equip Haki colors and spin for the 12 unique colors needed to unlock Rainbow Haki. Unlocking colors also feeds into the Colorbearer and Aura Seeker titles.
Researcher Iris (Rainbow Haki)
Once you own all 12 Haki colors from Pirate Chroma, Researcher Iris grants the Rainbow Haki color in exchange for a Prismatic Shard and 500 Gems. For the full breakdown of Haki types and how to level them, see our Haki guide.
Boss Spawner & Upgrader NPCs
Wizard (Sea Beast Spawner)

The Wizard spawns at the Pillars every 30 minutes to 2 hours and despawns after 30 minutes. Give him a Cola (bought from Makino on Starter Island) and he’ll summon a Sea Beast superboss for you. See our Superbosses guide for the full Sea Beast drop table.
Syn (Mirror Portal)
Found on Dough Island, Syn opens the portal to the Mirror World. He requires a Mirror Fragment (a 1% Big Mom drop on Cake Island) plus 10 Doughnuts (1% drops from NPCs on Peanut, Dough and Cake Islands).
Spex (Dough Superboss Spawner)
Once you’re inside the Mirror World, Spex spawns the Dough Superboss for 50 Gems, with a 2-hour cooldown per spawn.
Nikko (Dark Blade Upgrader)
Located at Foggy Castle, Nikko runs the Dark Blade V2 quest. You must own Dark Blade V1, hand over a Legendary or Mythic fruit, defeat a strong swordsman boss (like the Enma or 3SS Boss), and then beat the Dark Blade V2 Boss.
Legendary Blacksmith (Armor Crafting)

On Starter Island in the forge, the Legendary Blacksmith crafts Seabeast Armor and Helmet accessories when you bring him a Seabeast Core and Ice Ore. Check our Accessories guide for what these pieces do.
Bounty & PvP NPCs
Bounty Hunter Remzxy

Found in Sea 2 and Sea 3, Remzxy gives a player-hunting quest — he marks a random target for you to track down and defeat for a reward. Only players outside their grace period can be hunted. Completing a hunt triggers a 5-minute cooldown, and the quest cancels (voiding the cooldown) if your target leaves the server. This is the main way to earn the Rogue through Apex Predator hunting titles.
Marine Recruiter
The Marine Recruiter lets you join the Marines, opening up the reputation path toward the Marine Officer, Captain, Admiral and Fleet Admiral titles.
Utility NPCs
Vanny (Dino Mount Seller)

Vanny sells the Dino Mount for 750 Gems on Skull Island (Sea 1) and Flower Capital (Sea 2). It’s a strong mobility buy, granting 4x movement speed and 2.5x jump power.
Stat Reset
The Stat Reset NPC resets your stat points for 100 Gems or 75 Robux. You’ll find them near spawn on Starter Island (in the house beside the waterfall) and at Flower Capital in Sea 2, near the leaderboard.
Naomi the Navigator (Spawn Point)
Naomi lets you set your spawn point, so you respawn at a location of your choosing rather than the default island.
Shipwright Andromeda (Boat Merchant)
Andromeda is the boat merchant who sells every ship in the game. For a full speed-and-price comparison, see our Ships & Gamepasses guide.
