Where to Find Every Important NPC in Haze Seas (Sea 1 and Sea 2)

Exact island locations for merchants, trainers, archivists, and other key NPCs across the first two seas.

Exact island locations for merchants, trainers, archivists, and other key NPCs across the first two seas.

Finding the right NPC in Haze Seas can save hours of aimless sailing. The islands across Sea 1 and Sea 2 are packed with characters who sell weapons, teach Haki and Fighting Styles, store your Fruits and Races, or unlock major progression steps. Knowing exactly where each one stands lets you plan a route instead of wandering.

Quick answer: Merchants and starter services cluster on Starter Island, Marine Base Town, and Logue City in Sea 1; Fighting Style and Haki trainers are spread from Clown Island to Udon Prison; and both Archivists sit at Snowy Graveyard in Sea 2.

NPC types you will meet

Each island holds a mix of characters with different jobs. The five roles worth tracking are the ones that gate your gear, powers, and storage.

MerchantsSell Weapons, Accessories, and Devil Fruits.
BlacksmithsCraft Accessories from materials.
ArchivistsStore Bloodlines and Fruits for later use.

Note: Quest Givers, Navigators, and Shipwrights appear on nearly every island and are easy to spot, so the locations below focus on merchants, trainers, archivists, and the standout utility NPCs.

The Dimensional Sailor is the gatekeeper for Sea 2, so hold onto a Poneglyph Scroll before you plan to leave Sea 1. Once you reach Flower Capital, most of your Race management, from spins to V2 unlocks, is handled by Shapeshifter Mimiko and the Race Engineer standing nearby.

With these locations mapped out, you can sail straight to the character you need instead of scanning every island. Keep an eye on the two Fighting Style trainers still marked TBA, since their spots will fill in the gaps for Cyborg and Dragon Claw builds once they arrive.
