The Coin Fruit Dealer costs 15,000 coins per spin, while the Gem Fruit Dealer costs 50 gems per spin. Coins are far easier to farm, so most players roll on the coin dealer.
Lightning is a rare pull, so expect to sit through a lot of spins. Two things cut down the grind. Equip and boost your best Luck build before rolling, and consider hopping into a private server so you are not fighting for spawns. The Thunder God Title is the bottleneck. At a 0.1% drop rate it can take a very long time, but the pity system guarantees it by your 70th qualifying attempt, so consistent farming will eventually land it. Once you have every item, talk to the back-of-ship NPC again to confirm the purchase and swap V1 for V2.
How to unlock Lightning V2 move mastery
V2 is not fully complete until you learn its move mastery. A different NPC handles this, and he stands on top of the Flying Ship behind a pillar. You need Lightning V2 equipped before he will teach you anything, plus the Amaru Clan and a second round of raid drops.

The Amaru Clan is the new clan added alongside the Lightning line. It carries +40% HP, +45% Damage, +25% Power, and +12% Luck, along with a stacking lightning-damage passive, which makes it the natural pairing for this build. Once you have the clan and every item on the list, the mastery items come from the same Lightning Boss loop at the front of the ship.
