Palworld 1.0: How to Craft Every New Weapon (Full Recipe List)

Tech tree levels, exact material costs, and the ammo recipes for every weapon added in the 1.0 launch update.

Tech tree levels, exact material costs, and the ammo recipes for every weapon added in the 1.0 launch update.

The 1.0 launch update pushes Palworld’s level cap up to 80 and adds a fresh wave of weapons across the Technology tree, from a low-level Primitive Sword to endgame gear like the Plasma Rifle and Beam Launcher. Each one has to be unlocked with Technology points at its required level before you can build it at a crafting bench.

Quick answer: Reach the weapon’s listed level, spend Technology points to unlock its blueprint in the tech tree, then craft it at a workbench using the exact materials below. Weapon Schematics are the only exception, letting you craft a weapon straight from a blueprint in your inventory, but they drop randomly and are rare.

The table lists the tech level you need, the base attack value, and the full material cost for each new weapon. Most gear above level 70 relies on the new Soralite and Paloxite ingots, plus rarer AI Cores and Ancient Civilization Cores.

New crafting materials you need first

Two new ingots gate almost every late-game weapon. Soralite Ingot covers levels 67 through 73, while Paloxite Ingot takes over from level 75 upward. Both need to be smelted before you can start any high-tier recipe, so set up production well before you hit the required level.

On top of the ingots, the top-end guns and launchers consume AI Cores and Ancient Civilization Cores. These are the scarcest inputs, and the Beam Launcher alone asks for 10 of each. Stockpile them early rather than farming them one recipe at a time.

Ammunition recipes for the new weapons

The new firearms and launchers are useless without their matching ammo, which unlocks at the same level as the weapon. Craft a supply before heading out, because several types burn through fast in longer fights.

Ammo typeLevelMaterials per craft
Mechanical Bow Ammo67Soralite Ingot x2
Combat SMG Ammo68Gunpowder x6, Soralite Ingot x2
Prototype Shotgun Ammo69Gunpowder x8, Soralite Ingot x4

Plasma Rifle Ammo78Bio Battery x1, Soralite Ingot x2, Paloxite Ingot x3
Beam Launcher Ammo80Bio Battery x1, Soralite Ingot x2, Paloxite Ingot x6

Note: Bow ammo is by far the cheapest to make, needing only Soralite Ingot per craft, while the beam and plasma pools pull from your ingot stockpile with every batch.

Which new weapons to build first

If you want raw damage for the least resource strain, the Mechanical Bow at level 67 is the standout. Its 20,000 attack value tops the whole roster, and arrows cost far less to craft than firearm ammo, so it drops high-level bosses without draining your metal supply.

For a firearm alternative, the Prototype Shotgun hits hard and eats fewer rounds per fight than the fully automatic rifles, easing your gathering load. Melee players should aim for the Laser Sword at level 73, which jumps to a 2,000 base attack and replaces the older Beam Sword outright.

At the very top, the level 80 Beam Launcher deals 14,000 damage per shot and clears entire enemy camps, making it the endgame payload weapon. The Drone Launcher at level 77 is the situational pick, deploying autonomous drones that fire on nearby targets while you focus elsewhere.

How to confirm a weapon is ready to craft

Reach the weapon’s listed level, then open the Technology menu. The blueprint stays greyed out until you meet the level requirement and spend the Technology point to unlock it.
Gather every material in the recipe, including the Soralite or Paloxite ingots. The craft option only becomes selectable once the full ingredient list is in your inventory or a linked storage container.
Build the weapon at a high-tier crafting bench and assign Pals to speed up work. It’s ready when it appears in your inventory and can be equipped from the weapon wheel.

Weapon Schematics work differently. As long as the blueprint sits in your inventory, you can craft that weapon without unlocking it through the tech tree, which is handy for gear you find before hitting its normal level requirement. With production for Soralite and Paloxite ingots running in the background, you can queue these recipes as fast as you pull the rarer cores together.
