The Heavenwill Gauntlets and Skygrasp Rope Dart are the two new martial arts added with Version 2.0: Unseen Approach in Where Winds Meet, and both show up locked in your Martial Arts list until you claim them. Neither drops from a fight or a chest by default. You buy them with Sect reputation from the Sect Shop.

What you need before you unlock them
The unlock runs entirely through the Sect Shop, so the only real requirement is Sect reputation. The Heavenwill Gauntlets cost 100 reputation points, which is a small amount compared to the tomes sold on the same page.
These martial arts arrived with the Hidden Mountain content in Version 2.0, so make sure your game is updated. Both weapons sit in the same weapon Martial Arts list and both start with a locked icon.

Note: The same shop page sells the two new inner ways, Empirical Edge and Celestial Vigor, at 20,000 each, plus the Mohist Hill: Love & Peace inscription for 600. You can grab those while the shop is open, but they are not required to unlock the weapons themselves.
How to know it worked
After the purchase, the Heavenwill Gauntlets lose their locked icon in the weapon Martial Arts list, and you can equip and use them in the open world and in combat. Once the martial art is yours, you can start leveling it like any other weapon.
Get gauntlet gear from legendary weapon chests
Owning the martial art is only half the setup. To actually gear the gauntlets, open any unopened legendary custom gear boxes at your current rank. Once you have the gauntlet martial art unlocked, the gauntlet option appears at the very end of the weapon selection inside those chests.
As an example, a Tier 9 Cleftpeak Weapon Chest on the Stonesplit: Strength Path lets you pick from several weapons, with the gauntlet listed last.

Choose the Vanguard Titans gauntlets, set your quantity, and confirm to add them to your inventory. With the weapon and the gear in hand, the gauntlets are ready for combat.
New inner ways for the gauntlets
Hidden Mountain adds four new inner ways tied to these weapons. Two of them, Empirical Edge and Celestial Vigor, come straight from the same Sect Shop page where you buy the gauntlets, each priced at 20,000 reputation. The Soaring High inner way for the gauntlets is a gold-tier option earned through the Mountain Unveiled quest rather than the shop.
Picking up the gauntlet martial art first is the smart order, since it opens the shop page and lets you buy the matching inner ways in the same visit.
