Sol’s RNG: How to Get Summer Points Fast

Focus your daily play on the Event Turret's overcharge shot, then round out points with Memory Match and Lime's quests.

Focus your daily play on the Event Turret’s overcharge shot, then round out points with Memory Match and Lime’s quests.

Summer Points, shortened to SP in-game, are the currency that powers the Sol’s RNG Summer Event. The fastest way to build them is the Event Turret, backed up by the Memory Match minigame and Lime’s quests. Each of these resets or refreshes on its own timer, so the real gains come from touching all three every day rather than grinding just one.

Quick answer: Save both of your daily turret charges to reach 200%, then fire a single overcharge shot. That deals more damage to the Sun and awards more SP than firing two separate 100% shots.

Where Summer Points come from

SP is earned through three activities, and the smart play is to cycle between all of them instead of leaning on one. The turret gives the largest single payouts, while Memory Match and Lime’s quests fill the gaps between turret charges.

SP sourceHow it pays out
Event TurretFiring at the Sun awards SP based on the damage dealt; overcharge shots pay the most.
Memory MatchA minigame you can play for SP, with a set number of daily chances.
Lime’s questsCompleting the summer questline grants SP and unlocks turret progression.

Unlock the Event Turret first

The turret is the core of SP farming, but you cannot fully use or upgrade it until you clear Lime’s quest, “A sweltering summer.” Finish that quest to open up the turret’s charge and upgrade systems.

Talk to Lime and start the summer questline. Work through the objectives until “A sweltering summer” is complete.
Open Lime’s quest menu to reach the turret upgrades. The turret has four upgrade levels, and each one is bought with SP.
Spend early SP on turret upgrades before anything else. Higher levels increase the value of every shot, so upgrading pays back over the rest of the event.

How turret charging works

The turret does not fire on demand. It builds charge automatically, adding charge points every four seconds. How quickly it fills depends on the active biome and the current in-game time of day, so certain conditions charge it faster than others.

You can bank up to two full charges per day, which together make 200%. That daily cap is the key number to plan around, because it decides how you should spend those charges.

Use the overcharge shot for maximum SP

Because you get two daily charges, you have a choice. You can fire two normal shots at 100% each, or hold your charge until it reaches 200% and release a single overcharge shot. The overcharge shot is the stronger option.

Let the turret charge to 100% and leave it. Do not fire yet.
Continue playing until the turret builds its second charge and reaches 200%. Make sure the overcharge option is enabled before you shoot.
Fire once at 200%. The overcharge shot deals more damage to the Sun and hands out more SP than two separate 100% shots would.

You will know it worked when the turret consumes both stored charges at once and the Sun takes a larger hit, with SP awarded based on that damage.

Fill the gaps with Memory Match and Lime’s quests

While the turret recharges, you should not sit idle. Two other systems keep SP flowing between shots.

Memory Match is a board minigame you start from the event menu, and it gives you a set batch of daily chances to earn SP. Clear it whenever your chances refresh. Lime’s quests are the third pillar. Beyond unlocking the turret, completing them continues to award SP, so keep new objectives moving as they appear.

The fastest daily routine

The most efficient farming loop rotates between all three sources so nothing sits on cooldown. A simple daily pass looks like this:

  • Let the turret charge to 200% and release one overcharge shot.
  • Play Memory Match while the turret is building charge.
  • Complete any available Lime’s quests, then reinvest SP into turret upgrades.

Repeating that cycle each day steadily raises both your SP total and your turret’s per-shot output, which is what makes the points come faster the longer the event runs.
